I wasn’t sure about cunting this particular project but on balance I thought fuck it and here we go.

A pilot scheme to pay heating bills on prescription to those who are vulnerable to cold to ensure their homes are warm, sound good and it’s a success, well it couldn’t be anything else.
Now because the pilot scheme was so successful it’s going to be expanded, to qualify the payment has to be approved by ‘professionals’ so no worries about scum bags cashing in ?

Well it’s all free money, so no problem and like food banks you just know demand will outstrip supply.

This money-grubbing cunt wants to extend the “Ultra Low Emissions Zone” (Ulez) across the whole of Greater London, which will include Heathrow airport.

By doing this it will mean drop-offs at the airport will cost £17.50 by the time the extension goes live come September 2023 – £12,50 to drive through the Ulez zone and another fiver by Heathrow’s existing drop-off charge (and this may rise come then!)

Unsuspecting drivers could be fined anything up to £180 if they don’t pay the Ulez charge.

Ulez will only affect drivers of petrol/diesel vehicles registered before 2006/2015 respectively, as it is thought these are the biggest contributors to air pollution in the capital.

Don’t forger this doesn’t include another tax for travelling into London – the Congestion Charge!

Basically, therefore, if you’ve got an old car, motorbike, van that is registered outside of the ruling then you can expect to pay this tax until you get a more emissions-friendly vehicle or just don’t bother entering the Smoke at all.

And critics have suggested this is a regressive tax because it will hit the working poor more than anyone. Whereas rich cunts probably won’t notice the trifling sum, and other cunts will probably be exempt or whack it on expenses for someone else to pay!

And for those people living outside of the “Smoke” (or Smokeless, as it should now be called), don’t be too surprised if local councils up and down the country pick up the idea for their own congested towns and cities – a very nice little earner with plenty of exemptions for the usual suspects!
