Get past the half dozen or so ‘top headline’ stories on the BBC News homepage and you find yourself in a shit soup of stories designed to appeal to the IQ of the average OK and Hello magazine reader- how to eat healthy with helpful menus, mental health stories, celebrity reporting bollocks etc. You know the stuff.
However, this ‘lower shelf’ story on said site today had me questioning their reasoning:
Two reports, one after the other. The first about the crimewave ‘fad’ of young scrotes wearing balaclavas riding around causing untold terror and vanadalism in packs of bicycles.
..and then on the same page we have this:
BBC News? – More Yobs on Bikes.
Now, I’m a bit long in the tooth to play video games, but promoting a game such as Grand Theft Auto, where the concept is (and I quote)
‘The concept of GTA games revolves around players taking on the role of criminals in an open-world environment, where they complete various missions and engage in activities related to organised crime. Players have the freedom to explore the game world and choose how to approach their objectives, often involving violent and illegal actions’
Can they not see the irony in this? Glamourising and promoting a game whereby the core basis of it is to commit crime and violence……yet report on a plague of yobs doing precisely that, and stating what can be done to prevent them.
Jeez

The BBC don’t get irony.
Hosting Children in Greed
when most of the staff are peedos
or saying they support green issues but support building on greenbelt.

I think that a good idea for a new video franchise would be a game aimed at young girls and women.
The storyline would be the main character being groomed by Muslims.
Points are awarded for turning down the offers of vapes, drugs and alcohol.
Weapons would be awarded.
Then the main character can decide how to kill her would be abusers.
Womb Raider.

Teenagers seem to love electric bikes and balaclavas.
like if Evel Kneivel joined the IRA.
or a Mexican wrestler playing Steve mcqueens part in Great Escape.
suppose it can be intimidating for people with bad nerves , or bit timid?
but I spoke to one of these boys who told me they wear the mask to stop BBC employees targeting them for grooming,
so hide their pretty faces.

In some ways I think the Quisling shite at the BBC know they are unwanted by most and largely ignored by anyone under 30 so try to capture the “youth market” with celebrity guff and a skip full of other bland, strangely robotic content suitable for “Google news”.
They are in thrall to sand wógs,blek single mothers in Tower Hamlets and Middle England leftist braindead trash.
My choice would be to have them all shot.
Good morning.

You can’t expect an understanding of irony from a corporation who are happy to spend untold hundreds of millions on premier league highlights, to be broadcast at 10:30 at night, when everyone can, if they wish, watch them for fuck all within minutes of the game finishing around 5pm that afternoon.

Our wonderful BBC will ensure their survival by getting parliament to add £11 a month onto everyone’s broadband bill.
Or cable or Netflix.
Even mobile phone bills if necessary.
As long as politicians need the BBC to pump out their propoganda, they’ll survive without having to become a subscription model.
They’re unkillable, like the ultimate cockroach.

That’s another thing, Thomas.
A corporation that employs business and financial correspondents to analyse companies and financial institutions yet, after years of dire warnings and a rapidly changing market, still haven’t devised an income model that doesn’t involve enforced public funding.

The irony of the BBC being worried about balaclava ‘yoot’ culture when Radio 1 plays wall to wall ‘drill’, ‘trap’ and all other assorted forms of ooga booga 24/7. The stultifying beats and monotone mumbling are deliberately designed to inculcate impressionable minds to transfer the musical ugliness and aggression into real world behaviour. Mary Whitehouse was right, just a few decades too early to apply to intentionally deleterious media, which is now a real orchestrated thing. See also the likes of ‘subscription’ TV which is designed to numb you within your own four walls into accepting graphic deviant sex, explicit drug use, non-stop fuck and cunt and repugnant violence and gore as ‘normal’.
