Just to add Mis, I have every sympathy with you trying to run your business and the problem the price of diesel gives you. However running the war is costing Putin a fucking fortune and bankrupting him is the only way of reining him in short of military action by NATO.
After all that’s what brought down the Soviet Union. Taking the view the invasion of Ukraine is not our problem is so short-sighted. That’s the line we took when Hitler invaded the Sudetenland and look where that went.

But it seems its costing the Uk and others just as much to fund Ukraines defence while zelensky refuses any comprises.

I’d suggest though Mis that Trump’s view is Trump first and if that coincides with what’s best for the US then that’s fine. I think his main concern at the moment is the mid-term elections in three weeks time where it’s looking pretty bleak for him. I can’t help but feel that to a great extent he is the author of his own misfortune. One day for some reason not known to me, he chose to attack Iran which led directly to the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz. The decision to do so when the West was already sanctioning Russian oil exports just seems perverse. But hey-ho, I guess we’ll survive. Best of luck running your business anyway Mis. You’ll have to start burning cooking oil like the scousers do! Only an option though if your van’s old school, it fucks up these modern common rail engines.

I’d rather have cheap petrol and do business with the Russia. The Ukrainian oligarchs who were illegally installed by the US backed coup under Obama don’t deserve any of our time or money. Now the US regime has changed, they are out of favour and increasingly shit out of luck. The honest answer for Ukraine was always and obviously to get along with the super power who bosses that neighbourhood and not to be nasty to the many Russians living there. Why the fuck should my children’s futures be sold to pay for this shit? No thanks. Russia has stuff we need, like oil and gas, and we already lost loads of investments there after the cunts in the Biden administration caused a forced exit for their war. Let’s leave them to settle matters between themselves and focus in our own dire problems.

That’s a tough question in that it is very hard to choose just one. I’d probably have a group of them together. An assortment of politicians, celebrities and similar filth, forming a VIP audience, tied with rope to a row of chairs. They could all squirm and moan together, screaming through the masking tape I have wrapped tightly over their mouths as I turn our unwelcome guests into beach pizza. Then I’d shoot each and every one of the seated guests in the face at point black range. Saving my favourites til last.
