Ditching a meritocratic system for DEI, is pure & simple a race to the bottom. In a business, hiring or recruiting based on quotas rather than ability is a sure way of setting the business up to fail & no right-minded business owner would do it.

Do you know what the irony is Stained; those economic migrants who come here legally and who work and pay tax (such as the Filipino chap I mention above), have to go through intensive vetting, pay £5k for a visa every couple of years, can’t claim benefits, will be told no chance if they find you have a criminal past, and you have to regularly jump through hoops to impress the cunts at the Home Office who decide whether they’re going to let them stay or not.
Whereas if you wash up on the shore with no papers, no skills, no money, you get fully indulged with free cash, housing, healthcare at the grace and favour of the state, no questions asked, with any curiosity about your possible criminal tendencies only being aroused when you get caught committing your first gang rape.

Yes, it’s all completely arse about face. It’s like the way the government deploys HMRC against us: you earn money? we’ll fuck you over. But the welfare system isn’t deployed against the scum in the same way, it’s simply about handing out cash, almost no questions asked.
