Addressing the sentencing in relation to claims of mental elf issues might give more clarity in terms of deterrent.
Too many cases, especially involving foreign vermin, are being hijacked by the false requirement to show compassion because the perpetrators claim mental instability.
Surely, anyone that kills or attempts to kill isn’t sane anyway. Especially when it comes to harming children and young people.
