Today, however, Winfrey is a fat flatulent over-paid & over-opinionated windbag.
According to ‘Oprah’ her interview (propaganda broadcast more like) with ‘Duchess’ Meghan Manipulator, reveals the ‘TRUTH’ about the Royal Family.

Yes folks, ‘Oprah’ has used her first hand experience to determine that the poisonous viper Markle’s tales of persecution of her poor black victimhood by the evil white British Family are all true. No two sides to this story. Clearly, the villainous Royals were out to get the innocent little black girl when she ‘fell in love with’ (sunk her manipulative claws into) Harry deHalfwit – The Halfblood Prince.

I sincerely hope press stories of Her Maj having finally lost patience with her idiot grandson are true. She could start by taking him off the succession list and taking back the title of ‘Duchess’ that she gave the ungrateful little cow Markle.

As for ‘Oprah’, maybe some ex-pat Brit will poison her bucket of fried Chigun.

Yet again the police were faced with an impossible situation – i.e. policing the wimmins “protesting” at Clapham Common even though they’d been told that they’d be breaking the law, and yet again the shithouse cowardly mayor has turned on them just for trying to do their jobs.

If he merely believed in this eccentric worldview I wouldn’t have paid him any mind – to me it’s about as dangerous as Icke’s blather about lizards – but listening to how he shrieks and bellows at his fellow cultists on his YouTube channel makes me wonder if he’s some reincarnation of one of the Catholic priests who used to torture women during the Inquisition.

There’s an incredible amount of frustration and venom behind every syllable for those who ‘don’t get it’. Delusion, proselyting and violent levels of narcissism in one disturbing mind.

There’s also the alleged mistreatment of his child recorded on the audio of one livestream.

A nomination for the modern qualification of today’s more-money-than-sense cunt, the Ph.D.

I was reading an article in The Economist about the oversupply of PhD students in America. 100,000 awarded each year for 16,000 academic positions. Not only that, but the financial benefits relative to a masters are almost none; you’ll spend a good 3-5 years longer researching but pay is only 2% higher.

Also, average pay of postdoctoral researchers in the UK is only £31k a year,, lower than most skilled tradesmen in their 20s who left school at 16.
This average includes those in fields like engineering and medical science. Many PhDs are used like temps to teach undergraduates for less than than a senior lecturer. There is no guarantee that those who manage to get their PhD are necessarily the brighest candidate; many are forced to drop out due to financial and family reasons . Those with a bit more initiative and savvy may take a job, realising their program isnt worth the time. Some are lumbered with poor supervisors.

There are are simply far too many overqualified people in the UK, US and Canada for the current jobs market and many are actually less productive in their jobs than those who hold lesser qualifications because they are dissatified with their lowly positions.

Another problem is PhDs are now increasingly specialised to the point of overspecialisation so there is no market for that knowledge, even in academia.

Ofcom has banned China´s CGTN network from broadcasting in the UK because it is controlled by a political body, i.e. the Chinese Communist Party .

There is no doubt that this is true as the news and interviews are blatantly slanted in a pro-Chinese government way. Nevertheless, I don´t agree with this ban because I think people can make up their own minds and this will be shown in the station´s ratings anyway.

CGTN is making a big fuss and implying this move, which I don´t think most people even know about, is causing an international uproar. It recently devoted about 20 minutes to an “organization” called “No Cold War” which is against the ban and interviewed two talking heads, neither of whom I had heard of.

A visit to the “No Cold War” site confirms that it consists of the predictable bag of lefties and anti-imperialist windbags who would be among the first to be sent to a work camp in deepest Manchuria if they were ever to protest in China itself.

The first name on the individual list is Diane Abbott, who shares room with John Pilger, Janis Varoufakis and Ken Loach. Organizations include such well-known representative and democratic outfits as the Black Alliance for Peace, the Simon Bolívar Institute for Peace and Solidarity Among Peoples (Venezuela), the Coalition Against US Foreign Military Bases and the Cuban Movement for Peace and Sovereignty of the Peoples.
