Elon has announced that the first human to have a Neuralink chip implant is recovering well, and has already been able to “move” a computer mouse using their brain.
At first reading, it all seems very altruistic. According to the press release, this chip will allow people with no, or limited, use of their hands to access computers and phones.
Well actually, it scares the shit out of me. Surely this kind of thing could work both ways? Imagine AI controlling a human through Neuralink?
