Peter Hitchens describing plod as useless, not wrong C.A.
Have long puzzled at the lack of Old Bill when you need them. Rapid response times for traditional crimes? I hear you laugh – these days you have to post hurty words online to get that. Perhaps the thin blue line is now so stretched it has become invisible. So what does the policing of major events tell us. Eg the Ann Widdecombe murder. After the event the scene is crawling with Old Bill and their vehicles all standing prominently with arms akimbo in bright yellow high viz anti-stab gear. Poised in the act of nabbing villains or at least issuing parking tickets? Not really – they are posed under orders to reassure the public.
So stop quaking in your beds and be reassured people. Fear not the flood of perverts, psychos and career crims out on early release. Stop and share a joke with the latest grinning tableau of Old Bill at your local crime scene. Why not take a selfie with them. Capture for eternity all those flowers and cuddly toys and be reassured – Old Bill is at a photo opportunity near you.

I can’t see the point of wearing a hi-viz jacket over the top of a police uniform.
Wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper to simply make the uniform out of hi-viz material?
Good morning everyone!

@art…pity they aren’t hi -viz in actually solving crimes .. although they are particularly high Viz on the t’internet … chief inspector Mr H.Urtyword 😩

And come to think about it, why are police tazer guns yellow as well?
It’s not very intimidating to be confronted by a short-arsed, obese policeman holding what looks like it is made from lego bricks.
Play mind games with criminals.
Make tazers that look like a Magnum 45 or a sub machine gun.

A point of correction – TASER not TAZER A.C.

Ann Widdecombe died of natural causes according to the Devon & Cornwall Police.
So Worzels are so bright they think having your brain splattered all over the kitchen floor is natural.
I suppose ‘Ann Widdecombe was the victim of a brutal left-wing political assassination’ would be a no no. Joe Public must be protected from the truth.

Morning Geordie 👍
It’s all gone very quiet, the Widdecombe thing.
I wonder why ?
Morning all 👍

Because it was one of them. We all saw the court sketch.

if I’ve been a victim a crime then a short stocky dour lesbian and a jarvis cocker lookalike in uniform are a reassuring presence .
We can pretend that something will be done about it,
and that it wasn’t the fault of the ethnic minority that was seen running off.
Then we can all sit amongst the debris and look at photos of pride parade .

Plod what are they good for..
Absolutely nothing,say it again..
I look forward to the day they get battered on the streets..
But it won’t be whitey, it will be the peacefuls and the dàrkies.
The demographics they have grovelled to and protected over the years..

This is already happening. Plenty of videos out there of one or two fatsos backing down or getting battered by illegals.

It’s very reassuring indeed to know they are at the beck and call of the Uniparty, ready to crush dissent…
“We’ve received intelligence that you are a member of a right wing plot to call the Prime Minister a useless cunt, which is contrary to a law we made up in the van on the way here”
Don’t think you have mate.
Very poor form indeed.
Good morning.

That Cambridge professor,
the bullshitter,
was being asked awkward questions by a journalist
‘did you really run 600 miles in 6 days?’
‘did you really work for waterAid digging wells in Africa because they say you didn’t?’
The journalist was contacted by Scotland Yard and told to desist from asking questions as it constituted as harassment.
5
I would most like them to ask ‘Are you actually female’ since ‘he’ fucking looks so.
2
@mnc… harassment and rightly so….the journo should have done his research,it was actually 700 miles in 6 days..dem boys can run 👟

This one was the something you would expect to see in a comedy sketch

Thing is, Anneka Svenska is a really nice person.
She keeps wolf dogs and has regular up close contact with a wolf pack, so she knows her onions when it comes to animals.
One complaint from one cunt now gets plod on your doorstep waving a pointless piece of paper and spouting some thinly veiled threats.
Thankfully, Anneka stood up to these cunts and refused to sign the bullshit piece of paper.

I fail to see how a large presence of overweight, left wing indoctrinated, intellectually retarded enemies of our indigenous population can reassure anyone.
Turning up mob handed after the event and hanging about for days, when the perpetrator has either been nicked or topped themselves, achieves what?
What would be more reassuring, would be the sight of high powered squad cars screeching around corners, on the way to kicking some dodgy fuckers front door in at daft o’clock in the morning.
Preferably before a potentially murderous event has happened.
But that would involve guts, intelligence, a degree of get up go and, dare I say it, traditional police work.
All of which would interfere with their usual day jobs of painting rainbows on their cars and dancing with big, fat mammas at the nearest ethnic festival.
I fucking despair.

People tend to go with their own personal experiences when discussing criticism about certain groups who are there to protect us and this is all I can recollect of the law in my lifetime. Remember being out late after drinking with friends in the 1960s. I had missed the last bus home and set off walking it. A police car pulled up alongside me and the sole officer asked what was I doing out so late. Told him and he asked me to get in the car and he would take me as near to my home as he could. Asking me to put my head down on occasions when seeing other officers going about their duties.
Another time was standing around in public waiting in a queue to enter Old Trafford for a match, when an officer asked me did that hurt. Me being puzzled asked why. He said I’m standing on your hair (which was very long) does that hurt. I grinned in embarrassment and then I said could he tell me if it’s true that your head reaches the top of his helmet. Everyone around laughed and the officer walked off embarrassed.
Another time was when my mother was in hospital and my stupid father decided to have me kicked out of the house for no apparent reason other than for taking a dislike to me. Police came round and told me to leave because my father’s name was in the rent book. That occasion they could have helped me but I knew I would lose in the end.
Finally, more recently a spate of youths were knocking on doors, causing an annoyance and a couple of officers called round to ask if I was alright. They came a few times more just to make sure and that was that. Nothing else I can remember.

Despite being completely overwhelmed by 60.000 sand wógs entering a tiny enclave recently, the Guardia Civil, the National Police, along with the military have their own way of reassuring the public, especially at this time of year.
In full military gear you might see the police standing on motorway bridges overlooking the traffic, near the ports and airports, wearing dark glasses and holding machine guns.
There are more road blocks where the entire road or sometimes a motorway is completely shut and every car is checked.
Gunboats cruise closer to the tourist beaches than normal.
Naval ships are closer to shore.
In the larger towns and cities there are many more foot patrols by armed police than usual.
Fighter jets fly low over the tourist beaches a few times a week. Making a hell of a fucking noise.
Does it make the country any safer….. Who knows?
But it’s reassuring that the security forces are not sat on their arses looking at CCTV after an event, or busy looking for unkind Tweets.

That’s the Spanish police and military letting the Spanish taxpayer know that their budget is being put to good use. Because they can actually see it with their own eyes.
