is a cunt.
This is an important message about the end of democracy in Britain. Regardless of your politics, you need to know what is now at stake.
You’ve probably seen that Reform has received two record donations this week. These donations came from British citizens and were perfectly lawful when they were received. Labour does not dispute this.
What Labour is doing is rushing through a new law that it plans to backdate to render them unlawful – literally changing the rules after the fact to try to bankrupt a political opponent.
Make no mistake: this has never happened before in modern British political history. In fact, you have to go back to 1641 to find its like.
That was the year Parliament passed a Bill of Attainder against the Earl of Strafford: a law written for one man, to punish one man for things that were not crimes when he did them. They went on to behead him on Tower Hill.
Even the MPs who voted for it knew it was a disgrace, and the country spent the next 50 years in civil war and revolution, seeking to ensure that Parliament could never again be used as a weapon against the individual.
This is the road Andy Burnham is now walking back down. It collapses the very concept of the rule of law. It collapses the legitimacy of this duly elected government.
There is a sacred, albeit unwritten, contract that underpins eight centuries of British constitutional liberty. It was sealed in Magna Carta in 1215: “No free man shall be seized or stripped of his possessions except by the lawful judgment of his peers and the law of the land.”
The law of the land – present tense. Not the law the Crown decides it would have liked to have had.
The law is a set of rules for citizens to live by, not a retroactive trapdoor sprung by Parliament to crush a political rival.
By weaponising Parliament to pass retrospective laws to bankrupt a political opponent, Andy Burnham is crossing a Rubicon. Changing the rules today to outlaw an action that was legal yesterday tears at the very fabric of the rule of law.
Labour’s attempt to apply retrospective legislation through amendments to the Representation of the People Bill – to render impermissible donations that were perfectly permissible when they were received – is an existential assault on parliamentary democracy.
Forget Labour’s propaganda about foreign influence and crypto. These donations are from British citizens, and not a penny was donated in crypto. These are smokescreens for this Labour government’s real agenda: to use raw legislative dominance to bankrupt its most threatening electoral insurgent.
Andy Burnham does not want you to decide who runs this country at the ballot box. He wants to weaponise Parliament to crush his opponents before you get the chance to do that.
Unlike America, Britain has no written constitution to protect us from a power-crazed prime minister. In practical terms, there are no bounds to what Parliament can do – no limit to what a power-crazed prime minister can do, so long as he has the MPs to back him.
If an incumbent government establishes the precedent that it can rewrite party-finance laws retrospectively to empty the bank accounts of an opposition party, Britain enters a new and terrifying paradigm.
Once the principle of legal certainty is sacrificed to naked partisan expediency, there is no stopping point. Politics ceases to be a contest of persuasion under reasonable and predictable rules. It becomes a game of raw power, in which the winner simply changes the laws to destroy the loser’s capacity to compete.
Parliament is sovereign, but that sovereignty was never intended to become an elective dictatorship that retroactively punishes political opponents.
If Parliament allows this mechanism to pass into law, it will not have saved democracy from money in politics. It will have demolished the very rule of law that keeps democracy alive.
Think of it this way: you drive down a road. The signs say 30 miles an hour. You’re clocked doing 29. The government then changes the limit to 20, backdates it to the day before you drove down that road and prosecutes you for speeding.
That is what Labour is now doing – except the stakes are far, far higher.
Consider where this leads. If retrospective law is acceptable when it targets Reform, it is acceptable when it targets anyone.
A future government could rule that the last decade of Labour’s trade-union donations was unlawful. It could rule that your membership of a party was itself an offence and backdate that offence to the day you joined.
The people cheering today would be the first to discover that a weapon, once built, does not care who holds it.
This is Britain: the country that faced down the Armada, Napoleon and Hitler rather than surrender these principles. Millions of British people laid down their lives to defend them.
If you want to live in a Britain in which your vote matters, please email your MP and tell them what you think of Labour’s attempt to break our democracy.
Nominated by Dioclese.

All UK institutions are marxist/islamist controlled, so why would we continue to be a democracy? Dissenting ideas are systematically crushed by force of ‘law’. In any case, we have been a democracy in name only since the end of the Second World War.
There is no changing this except by force of arms. Reality is so depressing, isn’t it?
35
Ginge Rayner went on some rant at the TUC conference the other day about Reforms record breaking donations.
“Fascism” and “threats to democracy” were thrown around a lot.
Right, ok yo-yo knickers. Isn’t Labour the ones who tried to introduce digital ID, scrap jury trials, unpicking Brexit subverting the democratic wishes of 17.4m people, cancelling local elections, refuses to release migrant crime date and jails people for ‘thought crimes’ at a higher rate than China and Russia.
Farage had to go to court to force the local elections to go ahead. A piss poor so-called fascist.
39
If Rayner is jealous of the amount other parties receive, she needs to do what she does best, drop her drawers and get on her back with her legs open wide to desperate union leaders and businessmen. I am sure they will pay handsomely for her services.
8
Lie-bore are hypocritical cunts of the first order.
What they don’t want the average Joe Soap to know is that they accepted £4,000,000.00 from Quadrature Capital Ltd on 28 May 2024.
If you are going to use legislation to apply retrospectively to disadvantge a financial opponent then take it as far back as the year dot for Andy and his chums. They would have to return a total of £368,409,493.84. But no, they won’t do that, would they.
Cocksucking weasels.
36
whats going on with Reform ?
They were going gangbusters then..
they seem to have lost momentum.
Is it because they have too many ex tories?
the donations thing?
not sure .
But they need to pull their thumb out their arse and up their game.
ill vote Reform next election
not that I like or trust Farage or that oily cunt Tice,
just no other options left.
31
I agree 100%. Farage is a twisty snake-oil salesman and Tice is Richard Madeley’s long lost brother. I trust neither of them but the Uniparty have made a fucking cake of running the country between them.
Time for Handy Andy Pandy to move over and let Farage take the reigns. If/when Farage fucks things up then we can look to the Uniparty to resume.
22
It’s the right wing vote being split by Rupert Lowe and Restore.
Many on the right see Reform as being too centre right on immigration and hanging Labour MPs as traitors.
17
I will vote Reform again on the strength of Farage’s record. It was down to him that we got the referendum. The fact we still do as we are told by the EU is down to the Uniparty who have been fucking us over now for thirty years. My Uniparty MP is a posh woman with a double barrel surname whose main interest is the welfare of the picaninnies in east Africa.
15
Seems the biggest threat to a more right of centre party becoming the next government is as Odin rightly pointed out split vote. If Restore and Reform are so keen on helping us out of the current shitpit then in cases where the voting will be tight whichever of the parties which has the best chance of winning should stand alone. If in future the splitting of the right vote becomes commonplace we can kiss any chance of gaining power goodbye. To gain support the people must come first and centre for real, not just soundbite bullshit
5
In Burnham’s Britain you can get jailed longer for throwing a plastic bottle and swearing at police than the Epping pedo who got a year inside and was released early by mistake and then paid £500 to fuck off back to the shithole he crawled out from.
29
Will this be applied to all parties?
Including Labour, LibDems, Conservatives, etc?
How far back will they go?
It’s like some spoiled brat whining about another child getting a bigger slice of birthday cake. How old are you, Burnham?
Are your eyes green?
18
I don’t know about e-mailing your member of the junta too give them a piece of your mind, the response if any would be a mealy mouthed round the houses diatribe of the usual 💩…more likely it would be ignored the way the white population are being in an ever increasing way…there isn’t a democracy in the UK and the reason imo is the utter rise of the peaceful/Marxist/lunatic sections of the population, that is a very real threat and seems unstoppable with the vast majority stuck in a semi permanent malaise…will people realise before the ⚖️ are tipped over the no coming back angle 🤔
14
These cunts have been fucking about with the fundamentals of our “democracy” since 1997,powers given to shadowy unelected committees and foreign courts.
But not to worry, bus fares are capped,it might be possible to have an overpriced pint of watery lager at a footie match at some point and Oasis are going on tour again..
The vast majority of the electorate are dullards, even if they weren’t the creeping icy grip of the Nanny State grows every day and voting hasn’t had the slightest impact on curtailing its crushing impact across every part of our society.
Vote Uniparty,get fucked.
21
Let’s not forget that the pig filth have, quite literally, turned against white people and are acting as state enforcers to quash any rebellion before it can get started, a la Danny Tommo.
If/when it all kicks off, we can only hope the armed forces do what’s best for Britain.
28
You weren’t evacuated from your home then Cunt Engine? If so I trust that the love dungeon is soundproofed and the door cunningly hidden behind a full-sized poster of Rosie Jones.
14
Ah, our police force….
A bunch of tattooed hi-vis wearing circus jwarves.
To sum them up…
‘Help! I’ve been stabbed.’
‘Nah. Don’t think you have, mate.’
Remember Henry Nowak. Because the pigs won’t.
Not for nothing are they called filth.
28
If voting made a difference, they wouldn’t let you do it.
Emailing my ducky bum boi lMP won’t do shit either as it’s a Lib Dem.
19
Eloquently put Dio.
I’ve seen my freedom gradually being eroded.
It has accelerated under the short tenure of this Marxist government to a pace that I think is criminal, if not treason.
A blind man on a galloping horse can see Labour are only interested in keeping power for their own benefit, and at the expense of the country.
24
Covid lock downs gave the politicians ideas.
they loved the power.
stay safe
stay indoors
they loved it the snidey cunts.
neighbours grassing on next door
banging pots and pans
They had a taste of totalitarianism,
and we’re instantly hooked.
tories that.
Labour would of loved it too.
You can’t trust the Westminster rats.
resist, deface, sabotage,
all good words ,
a immigrants Windows go through
a Labour canvasser gets assaulted
I wouldn’t want to see that happen,
no, no way.
or graffiti on walls saying Fuck Labour
or Free Danny Tommo.
I wouldn’t want that either
22
Will it still be legal to take large donations off a Ruski Oligarch, after a jolly bumfest on a Super Yacht ?
Asking on behalf of an unemployed cottager.
Get To Fuck.
Good afternoon 👍
PS. An excellent nomination.
20
Fuck democracy.. let’s start the civil war, while I can still swing a hammer and a piece of scaffolding tube..
22
Careful what you wish for, Barry.
Labour want a civil war to allow them to bring about martial law, cerfews and compulsory digital ID.
The last general election was indeed the last general election we will ever have.
From now on it’s a jackboot stomping on a human face, forever.
21
Fuck it i would rather go out swinging, especially after what that inbred pàki just announced..
16
Her speech is not about immigration control, it is about complete and craven surrender to the invasion. Something no one voted for, ever.
19
Firstly, may I say what a great nom this is.
Secondly, I must admit to being a little mystified.
Can anyone recall an occasion, certainly since the Second World War, where a political party’s wealth has been equally translated into votes?
The way the media and labour are talking, you’d think being richest is a sure fire way to No.10.
I understand that money could be used to buy influence among big business and the likes, but unless Farage does an Infantino and promises cash payments to those who vote his way, what fucking difference does it make?
I also thought they were limited on the amount they could spend on campaigning anyway.
Mind you, it’s typical of the modern Labour Party to be insanely jealous of anyone who’s got something they think they haven’t.
20
P.S. You could also argue that all the money in the world wouldn’t see Farage, or Kemi for that matter, in No.10 until the right comes to some sort of deal.
At the moment they’ll just split each other’s vote and leave the labour cunts and the greens in coalition.
That really would mean the end.
17
On the bright side..👍

I don’t even trust Reform.
There are muslims in the party. for God’s sake.
And, they say they are pro-English?
What a joke.
Evening Dio, my old friend.
16
And Nigel condemning the Dover and Portsmouth protesters, Norman.
What the fuck does he expect people to do?
12
Rupert for King
8
Farage is a conman, a bullshitter and a total fake.
He let people down after the Brexit vote, and he will let them down over this too.
Money is this cunt’s God. He had no intention of having Reform as a serious party. His inclusion of our Parking Stanley friends proves that.
1
Farage is a massive cunt.
What he and his party tried to do to Rupert Lowe was despicable. The man has no moral compass. No ethics. No principles.
If Farage was as focused on the UK as his sound bites claim, there’d be no need for the Restore Party. Think about it.
10
Farage will do anything, as long as he’s paid well.
Damn the cunt.
3
Publicity seeking knobhead slashes at a dinghy. He gets tried and put in the slammer immediately.
Ex BBC Children In Need poster boy treeswinger brutally murders three little girls in Southport. It takes many many moths to even name him and get him to trial.
It
Is
Finished.
16
Or get caught red handed outside an RAF base in the dead of night with three transit vans on dodgy plates, allegedly full of explosives, and get bail after 24 hours.
Work that fucker out.
19
@field..They’ll be on a dinghy going the other way by now 👍… absolutely 🦨
10
I hadn’t looked at the news since this morning and read this latest update with disbelief, even from my view of Modern Britain.
I struggle to understand why the sole suspects, there is no confusion about that, accused of offences of the most serious nature, wholly against the tattered remnants of what is “national security”,are given bail?
If there was any doubt at all about the state of what was Great Britain that has now completely disappeared..
We are an occupied nation, any sense of right or wrong is lost and our enemies have taken the keep.
Potential terrorists caught red handed at the scene of the crime, pat on the head and off you go?
All bets are now off.
9
News just in.
An ex RAF friend of mine reckons there’s speculation that the ‘terrorists’ might actually have been diesel thieves.
Oops!
8
And, the Southport Kller Koon will continue to commit crimes inside, will continue to piss in our faces, and continue to be indulged and mollycoddled as he plays the mental health card.
A severe hiding is in order for this bastard.

The MP for Fairford, a wimminz and probably a Lib Dem has been moaning about her constituents being put at risk by the US bombers being there, also the noise of the aircraft and the air pollution from the jet engines.
If I’d been there I’d have bluntly pointed out that what she was experiencing was the sounds and smells of western freedom, that she has benefited from all her life.
It’s a disease with the fuckers and those that voted for her.
15
Was a lot more noise when the Concorde flight test centre was based there. Wimps of the worst order
6
A very grave and poignant post. Yikes!
Two things.
First, once the boats started arriving any decent government would have considered the reasons for the invasion and closed or at the very least significantly reduced the size of the loophole. The fact is, third world scum are taking advantage of a broken immigration system which incentivises and rewards illegal entry into the UK. That is not what the UK taxpayers signed up for. Everyone knows this. Successive governments have simply done fuck all to protect the homeland and the public purse from this invasion. It’s been going on for so long now, it has to be deliberate. They are, by definition, complicit in the destruction of the nation they were elected to serve. I can’t think of a better definition of treason.
Second, the illusion of democracy finally evaporated during Covid. The UK government effectively instituted nationwide house arrest and inflicted massive restrictions on personal freedom and choice. Governments are supposed to govern, not rule. And then we saw how some of those cunts blatantly broke and ignored their own rules. Revealing once and for all, the ‘them and us’ divide. Man goes for a walk in a park during “lockdown” – arrested, charged, detained. Political cunts have a party at No. 10 also during “lockdown” and nothing happens.
All politicians are corrupt. It’s only a question of magnitude and what they’re willing to get away with. It is utterly sickening.
17
GB is FUCKED.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR CHILDREN AND FAMILY.
LEAVE..!
LET THE THIRD WORLD SAVAGES HAVE IT..☠️
12
A wonderful cunting Dioclese with which I wholeheartedly agree!

A key element was the referendum victory for leaving the EU. This drove most of the establishment completely mad. Their behaviour afterwards was deranged. All the goings on in parliament were unreal, such that there was a point where the Parliament Channel on TV became worth watching. Politicians, academics, media land, major institutions at home and abroad. They were screamin every day.
Then the yanks almost immediately elected Trump and I think the regime had a real sense of its end. Remember all the similar levels of screeching during Trump’s first term, despite his early economic success?
Then in Britain the people voted to end all the nonsense in parliament and elected the Boris government on a pro-brexit ticket. The answer was clear. Leave means leave, stop fucking about. That was the last meaningful democratic outcome in this country.
Then what happened? Well, mysteriously, this global pandemic suddenly appears and completely kills the momentum on both sides of the pond. The managerial elite strikes back and we all got stuck in that insane public health tyranny. Then the Floyd riots and the peak woke insanity followed by Sleepy Joe supposedly winning more votes than any other president in history…
It was we, who proudly voted to leave the EU, who kicked it all off, and they’ve never forgiven us. We are in their way and they know we will never support their projects. Everything else you are seeing now is probably based on that basic truth. We do not want what they want and they hate us for it.
They killed democracy and it is still dead.
15
Hence the mass importation of DINGHY RATS to replace us…!
8
A decent summary of the sequence of events.
I don’t think it will ever come to light in our lifetimes how or why the pandemic got going. If you take a step back and look at world events over the last several decades, a pattern does emerge. It’s a pattern of population and behaviour control through fear.
– the cold war (extinction risk every day)
– nuclear weapons escalation (no more new hospitals we need more warheads)
– Rabies (remember those scary ads in the 70s/80s?)
– AIDS (first the gays….then everyone)
– global warning (half the planet under water in the next 10 years)
– Austerity (you’re going to be poor, own nothing, eat bugs and like it)
– Climate change (stop driving, stop heating your home, planet is dying, you’re next)
– Foot ‘n’ Mouth epidemic….Bird ‘flu….West Nile virus….flesh eating viruses…all leading to…
– pandemic (seriousness completely oversold, testing population control on a global scale)
– free speech control (speak up, be disappeared)
– AI (work harder, serve your masters better or you will be replaced leading to no income and complete dependency on government welfare but only if you behave and toe the line)
I’m sure I’ve missed a few.
10
This fucking malarkey at the yank base Fairford.
The ” miscreants” have been bailed, 🤔 some of their addresses are fucking Westminster ( terrorism) must pay well..!
I am of the opinion that the shite coming out on the news ” including GB news” is a con.
I reckon the peaceful’s in the non explosive Vans at three in the morning was a test, Mrs local farmer completely fucked up the operation by seeing them and phoning the local plod..!
Why else would they be bailed when Burnhamblairstarmerfurher’s Marxist junta have you jailed for three years for naughty posts on face fucking book.
Probably the swarthy van driving cunts where actually working for MI5 and the whole thing has been scuppered by some lass coming home after being on the lash….
Piss up and brewery spring to mind.
What a totally useless country GB has become.
Just a theory..🤐
10
As Stephen said in Braveheart, it doesn’t smell right..!
8
Or where they just Muslim pikeys nicking red diesel…!
It is a rather expensive commodity these days..
9
Labour is your enemy…!

An ex of mine (one of my better ones) has decided to leave this rotting shitheap for good. She told me she couldn’t stand any more of the shit, so she is off to Antigua.
Best of luck, love.

Brilliant nom Dioclese, old friend.
Stay well

I thought you would find my post interesting and it’s very interesting to read your comments.
Confession time : I didn’t write it. Those of you who disagree with Farage including non whites or immigrants in his team might like to reflect that this was.a cut and paste from an article written by…… Zia Yusef.
let me be clear. I’m not a racist. I am however xenophobic. I don’t want foreigners given free range to ruin our country. I dont care what colour they are, what their religion is or where they come from. if you come here you do it legally, contribute and pay your taxes.
As regards Rupert Lowe, I agree with a lot of what he says, but he is an extremist. if you put him in number 10 then you see this country turning into a clone of 1930s Germany. Read his policies then substitute ‘foreigner’ for ‘jew’ and you get a flavour of what I mean. I can understand why Reform found him toxic.
I have no love for the uniparty. They rig the system to ensure they stay in power. Along come Reform and rock their cosy little boat. Mark my words, the next few years running up to a general election – assuming Burnham allows us to have one – is going to see a lot of mudslinging and dirty politics. Farage isn’t perfect. Reform isn’t perfect. But they’re the best hope we have to change things…
