A quick hark back to the recently-cunted media cunts’ use of quotation marks.

This particular story a bit more sinister, though.

A man is currently in custody for sticking a knife in a 17 y.o.girls neck(from behind, unprovoked) in Brierfield a few days prior to the aforementioned cunting.

Now. A copy & paste definition of stab : The word stab primarily means to pierce or wound with a sharp, pointed object like a knife.

OK. Now have the headline *verbatim* from the Lancashire Telegraph. All punctuation as they saw fit.

But unfortunately y’have to go with the Lancashire Telegraph if you want to read about it, ‘cos none of the rest of the ‘big’ cunts bothered to even cover the attack, despite the fact there is cctv OF it to be seen. No immediate responses to my search, anyhow.

n.b. I ran a definition query of inverted commas just before posting the nom… one of the listed uses is :

  2. I was thinking this over afterwards … Maybe theywere trying a variation on the whole ‘alleged/allegedly’ thing?

    But stupidly, if so.

    She was treated in hospital, and the attacker ended up charged with attempted murder.. so the knife attack must have occurred. (n.b. the cctv footage is clear as day!)

    Press cunts were happy enough to use stabbed AS the downplay word two weeks prior, when the cunt in Belfast gouged, sliced and carved HIS victim with the stanley knife …

    I’ve seen the footage of the attempted murder,the cunt should hang from the lampost nearest to where it was carried out.

  5. A typical example in the past week is the way some of the newspapers – including the Daily Mail have referred to the “murder” of Ann Widdicombe. There is no doubt about it that it WAS murder, so why not just say so.

  9. He was banged up on remand for the previous assault and robbery.

    This is unusual, so either he was seen to be a flight risk, was a danger to the community or he has more previous convictions.

        That is a good achievement.

        The German manager was animated and loud.
        He wouldn’t sit down and he disputed every decision given against his team.

        This is the fella who was supposed to be a master tactician who would make the big calls etc etc.

        Deliberately leaving out some of the more creative and dynamic attacking style players such as Morgan Gibbs White and Cole Palmer while selecting other players who weren’t even match fit or were carrying knocks showed poor judgement from the start for me.

        Taking off Anthony Gordon last night looked like another poor call.

        Switching to a defensive formation and mindset against the World Champions was another poor call.
        12 percent of possession England had in the remaining 40 minutes of the match.
        That’s pitiful to be honest and not the antics of a top tier team.

        I agree that reaching a semi finals of a tournament looks a solid achievement but when you consider the generally weak standard of interest football across the board in the modern era, then maybe it’s not that big of a deal anymore..

        I would add that the sheer amount of money that has been thrown at English grassroots football plus the success of the domestic league should surely result in a higher success to failure ratio.
        Spain have a strong domestic league and a fantastic and successful international team.
        As have the Germans in the past and the Italians (although not so much nowadays)

        For some reason, England always always fall short whether they have an English manager, a German or a Swede.

        Hype over substance as ever.

        Bellingham and Kane retreat into their shells while the best come out and play.

  13. To be fair, I often use this tactic as a dismissive.
    ‘Sir’ Lenny Henry, for example.
    Or ‘Baroness’ Lawrence.
    Then again, I’m not claiming to be writing factual media news reports.
    Perhaps the BBC could expand on this and use it when describing people or anything else they find distasteful.
    ‘The Conservative Party’

        It’s no longer independent or investigative, bar the very rare exception.
        All they do is parrot what they’ve been told by the government or old bill unquestioningly and leave it at that.

    • This is what inclusivity gives us Jeezum, the reduction of standards of grammar, punctuation and spelling to American levels. Dumbing down everywhere, for instance the BBC giving the areas burned in wildfires in units of football pitches. Soon they will be presenting the news as a series of line drawings such as you get in an Ikea flat pack.

        They claimed the other night that the smoke could be seen from space.
        Only problem was, the image they used also showed rooftops of buildings.
        It was certainly a satellite image, but fuck me!
