The UK “Justice” System … is a cunt.
Apparently, the man [sic] who murdered student Henry Nowak is seeking to appeal against his conviction and sentence, the Court of Appeal has confirmed.
Vickrum Digwa was jailed for life with a minimum of 21 years [!?] in June after fatally stabbing the 18-year-old in Southampton last December.
Well, I for one am glad I live in a country so attuned to “human” rights – safe in the knowledge that, should I stab some poor innocent cunt to death in the street, I will have the full force of the law of England behind me trying to get me off 1st degree murder.
I rest my case, m`Lud.

The link in that bbc drivel pertaining to ’17 people so far jailed for protesting’ about the travesty that is this case … brings you to a page that tells, without a hint of irony, .. that one 18 y.o.that threw stuff at the protest, .. a traffic cone and a suspected half a brick are mentioned (and neither item is described as hitting or injuring anyone) …has been jailed for longer (3 yrs 4 mths) than scum digwa’s scum mother got for hiding a murder weapon and lying to police.
It doesn’t draw the comparison, of course.

There’s often a caveat when the BBC report on ethnic murderers.
Every report the made about the Welsh choirboy had to have a reference to people being banged up for social unrest or hurty words.
The inference being, for every ethnic murderer, there’s thousands more far right scum lurking in society.

The cunt has absolutely nothing to lose by appealing his sentence.
So obviously his solicitor/barrister will tell him to as they will be able to milk the public funds even more.
Slightly off topic, but I don’t see how anyone who isn’t British, with a British passport should have access to legal aid.
Some cunt turns up in a dinghy, you want him deported but have to go through the legal process first.
The question should be, “Have you got the money to pay for this legal stuff?”
If the answer is yes, then fuck the cunt off back to his own country where he can start his appeal.
If the answer is no then fuck him off anyway.
The UK people are moaning that they should leave the ECHR.
There is no need to.
Just stop paying the legal costs for anyone who wants to abuse the system.

I’ve read that his sentence has been referred back to the courts as being unduly lenient.
He wants to be careful when lodging an appeal with that hanging over him. The appeal courts can just as easily decide that the original tariff isn’t enough as it can reduce a term. Of course his taxpayer funded brief won’t tell him that, will they?

That’s 2 separate things.
As far as I’ve ever seen, .. when a cheeky concvcted cunt asks for a sentence to be reduced on appeal, .. the worst that can happen is no change downwards. I’ve never ever read about a request to reduce leading to an increase.
So, as someone said earlier .. the shameless cunts – with their lack of anything bar SELF empathy – may as well have a try. They’re not the ones footing the bill, win or lose.

I have to contradict you there Cuntemall. There was a case where a yob was fined and bound over for assaulting a copper. He appealed and the judge agreed with him that his sentence was entirely inappropriate. He banged him up for three months. This was back in the eighties or even the seventies and I’m afraid I can’t remember any more details. Maybe another cunter can?

Many, many year’s ago I was served with notice of an injunction that would have shut down my company.
The heap of paperwork was shoved through my door late at night for a hearing in the Royal Courts of Justice the next morning.
I don’t know if it’s still the case, but as a company, I wasn’t entitled to legal aid.
I managed to get a barrister to represent my company at a cost of 8 grand, for which turned out to be about 15 minutes work.
We won, but the bastards who were after me lodged an appeal.
There was no way that I could keep chucking untold thousands away on the case, even if I did eventually win.
I shut the company.
