There’s been a lot of press reports about criminals being released after serving 40% of their sentences, particularly the utter cunts who were complicit in dragging PC Andrew Harper to death.
Yet, Nicholas Bidar has become so desperate, he has renounced the British part of his dual British/Egyptian nationality in the hope of being deported to Egypt.
He was banged up in 2008, for robberies and using a gun to resist arrest age 21. He was banged up under the ( now abolished in 2012 ) sentence, Imprisonment for Public Protection ( IPP ).
He was a naughty boy whilst in prison, and got extra time added, but he was given an 8 year minimum at 21, and is now 38, so has been banged up for 17 years in a cat A prison, along with an estimated 2400 others.
So, if you’re complicit in murder, or rape, or any other vile crime, and you get 8 years, well you can expect to be free after less than 3, but if you were a nutter at 21, before 2008 and got an IPP sentence, grow old in there.
But we’re releasing them because prisons are crowded? Someone make it make sense.

Making a song and dance about the murderers of a police officer being released early is highly dubious.
In terms of: the establishment seems to think that the lives of pigs are worth more than those of the average person.
I’m sure that the parents of a murdered woman whose murderer was getting early release are just as upset as the parents of the murdered policeman, but their case isn’t given as much credence.

It sounds like I’m being a bit of a cunt, but imagine all the times a woman was being harrassed by a psychotic ex and the pigs knew about it but did fuck all and then the poor woman gets murdered.
If that woman was a pig herself, her colleagues and the judicial system would bend over backwards to either help her beforehand or, if the worse happened, make sure her murderer received a full-life term whereas they wouldn’t be so vociferous for the average person because pigs are so much more worthwhile(!)

Another thing everyone forgets about those pike key cop killers, is that they were done for manslaughter, not murder.
It could never be proven that they set out that evening with the intention of killing someone.
Therefore, it was never going to be a murder charge.
I agree they should do their full term, but that should apply to everyone.
But the fact remains that they will have to come out at some point, and then what?
Justice, however imperfect, had been carried out in this case, as far as UK law allows, until now.

They should be sent to the Russian Gulags. The same way they treated their prisoners. Firstly they would be in holiday camp prisons like ours, knowing the Gulags were waiting for them in their second stint’s.

We take him at his word, deport him to Egypt and hey presto! Three months later he rolls up back here on the back of a lorry, probably accompanied by his old Dad.

There is also talk about renting out cells in foreign countries and I heard someone on the radio getting excited about sending them over to the super max prison in El Salvador where Richard Madeley recently did a documentary over there crying about the conditions. I appreciate the sentiment but it ain’t gonna happen mate.

It’s another way of looking tough which isn’t going to happen.
No cunt will be sent abroad to a rented prison cell, and certainly not to El Salvador.
The case against doing so would be that even a bastard prisoner has the right to visits by his family.
Not only that, but the money that could be saved by banging up prisoners abroad will be fuck all compared to the costs of his legal and probationary visits.
How much is a shyster defence lawyer going to charge the tax payer for a few dozen trips to El Salvador to consult his ‘client’ about his numerous appeals?

1-sentences for all crimes should be longer/ harsher.
2- no such thing as early release.
3- fuck about and cause bother whilst in pokey = time added on.
4- no benefits or wages paid to inmates, if you don’t work inside, then you stay in the fucking cell all day/night.
5- proper searches for drugs/phones etc, this includes all visitors.
No doubt you boys can think of more to deter the scumbags..!

Our lords and masters don’t give a fuck about crime,criminals or their victims.
It simply doesn’t affect them at all.
Of course they make a show if something truly evil occurs,turning up with some flowers then disappearing again as quickly as possible,but it’s all for show.
I’m quite sure they’d like to get rid of prisons due to the expense but that won’t wash so they let criminals out early and don’t really try very hard to build more prisons despite a vast increase in population.
British law is a joke,it operates beyond any sort of accountability and is controlled by politicians and hard left activists in the main.
