There’s absolutely no mention of cause and effect, or any examples as to why kids as young as 13 are thought to be involved in crimes such as rape and murder.
As usual with most BBC articles, you can tell by what they’ve omitted, as well as what they’ve written, what their opinion is, and it’s clearly pushed their lefty buttons.
