Regarding complaints and rational suggestions on the subject, I have developed or should I say I have modified a technique that I use in my workplace to deal with such situations.
I open the bottom draw of my desk and I shout the answer into it, and then close it.
I find it less time consuming than phone calls and e-mails that yield the exact same outcome.

I’m voting REFORM at the next election, like I did at the last one.
I know my vote will achieve very little, because the way I see it, not much has changed with my voting intentions.
