Well here’s a fucking surprise.
As temperatures rise and the holiday season approaches, yet again a team of UK fatties will be going to Portugal to search for Madeleine McCann.
This special squad who will consist of members of the ‘Police Service’ many of whom would not have been in secondary school when she disappeared 18 years ago will go to a foreign country that they have no knowledge of, armed with just a map and perhaps a set of golf clubs.
They will get absolutely no help from the local police who have had the parents of the child as suspects to her disappearance since day one.
The local police have been criticised and ridiculled by their British counterparts who notoriously can’t be bothered to attend house burglaries or shoplifting crimes in their own country.
After 18 years what can the dozy British police possibly hope to find?
Do they actually think that someone will now remember something that they saw almost 2 decades ago?
Will they accept anything that anybody says as being credible?
What a complete waste of UK tax payer’s money.
A squad of people that cannot wear their uniforms and have no authority to question anyone turning up in a holiday resort to hand out flyers.
The British police didn’t do their jobs properly in 2007 and they are incapable of doing things right now.

Like you see in the old thriller films, wait until they release the suspected culprit in September and keep an eye on him and hope he leads them to where he buried her after a sexual assault. I think she had an accident whilst playing in the home and for some reason her parents have tried to cover it up. The only certainty is that my birthday is in September.

The German suspect is a convicted sex case, so I suppose it’s OK to release every possible detail about him, except his shoe size.
Even if they do find whatever is left of the little girl they will be no closer to solving the case.
Spanish news reported that the UK police were in Portugal but not involved in the search.
So what the fuck are they doing there?
My opinion is that the parents who are doctors dosed up their kids so they could enjoy a night out without them.
Perhaps Madeleine was given just a little too much?
The reactions and the emotions of the parents were never right, even the day after she went ‘missing’.

On a brighter note, one of the twins that managed to survive has developed into a very competent swimmer apparently, and he might even represent Scotland in the Olympics, so at least a small Phoenix has risen from the ashes of this appalling story.

I met Madeleine McCain once.
A few years ago, it were.
I was standing on the street smoking a tab minding my own business,
Reading the Sun with a photo of her as a child on the front page.
Suddenly this Mini Moke came to a screeching halt beside me.
She leaned over bold as brass and asked me if I had the time.
I said “fucking hell, it’s you!”
She didn’t deny it.
I asked her what happened.
She said she ran away because her parents wouldn’t let her stay up to watch TV.
She quickly changed the subject and asked me the way to Bolsover Street.
I told her Bolsover Street was in the middle of an intricate one way system,
A one way system easy enough to get into, but almost impossible to get out of.
I said her best bet, if she really wanted to get to Bolsover Street, was to take the first left, first right, second right, third on the left, keep her eye open for a hardware shop, go right round the square sticking to the inside lane, take the second Mews on the right, and then stop.
She would then find herself facing a very tall office block, with a crescent courtyard.
She could take advantage of this office block by going round the crescent and coming out the other way, follow the arrows, go past two sets of traffic lights and take the next left indicated by the first green filter she came across.
(She’d have the Post Office Tower in her vision the whole time)
All she had to do then was reverse into the underground car park, change gear, go straight on, and she’d find herself in Bolsover Street with no trouble at all.
I did warn her, though, that she’d still be faced with the problem of getting out.
I knew one or two people who’d been wandering up and down Bolsover Street for fucking years!
Cunts who live there, their faces are grey.
They’re in a state of despair.
No one pays them any attention, see?
Anyway, I told her that probably the best thing she could do was to forget the whole idea of getting to Bolsover Street.
Instead report to the nearest police station.
Put her poor grieving parents out of their misery.
She said “fuck them”, handed me her business card and said to ring her if I changed my mind.
Maddie were nowt if not considerate, lol.

Thousands of poor parents lose their kids in different and tragic ways.
My mum and dad lost two in the same year in unrelated incidents.
My man ended up on valium for a while, and my dad was poleaxed. He never went on about it though. Neither of them did. What was the worst was it was no fault of either of my parents. Totally out of their hands.
Yet these McCanns shant it up on holidays, and can’t even be arsed to hire a proper child minder. They make me heave. The only thing that has been milked more is Hillsborough. And, had the ‘professional class’ middle class McCanns been working class or unemployed, they’d be universally labeled as scum. As the great Gene Hunt once said… Scum is scum. The fucking parents know where her body is, and this media attention grabbing is surprising to me, I would have thought they would be only to happy to keep their heads down and happily let every one forget.
