The NHS is collapsing for several reasons.
It’s a cash cow for incompetent administration and ludicrous non-medical departments such as diversity.
It has to treat a load of foreigners who have never paid into the system, and never will.
It employs a load of foreigners whose qualifications are questionable, if not complete bullshit.
This last point is particularly infuriating to me, as an African incompetently treated a friend of mine, and made things worse. I can’t say too much about it as the court case has yet to be resolved, but the fucking witch doctor, posing as a specialist, will be represented at the expense of the tax payer. (If they haven’t left the country and set up elsewhere with bogus papers and identity).

Yet, a young lady who goes to my kidney unit. A white lady I might add, once complained about something. The complaint was entirely justified (I thought so anyway), but the staff made such a fuss about it and some then had it in for her. The young woman is no shrinking violet. But the stick she got from both the unit Quack – I mean Doctor – and the unit manager left her in tears one morning. I was furious, and so was another lad. We said so and all.
But, a Paki – any Paki – pulls all kinds of dirty tricks. Ignores basic decency, values, consideration and rules. Pollutes what should be a peaceful quiet medical ward with their noise, and drop turds that would put the Nagasaki fall out to shame. Not a word is ever said to them ever. One of these Paki cunts actually filmed nurses on his phone. Time to call the cozzers surely? Wrong. His phone was deleted for him and it was all hushed up. Some (of the less attractive) female staff even joked about it. Making out that this piece of peeping Tom human filth was some sort of character. Some, however, were outraged. But only privately. No complaints were officially made. He should have got a kicking and then arrested and charged.
What has this country and its health service come to? Those fuckers get away with absolutely anything. They don’t even have to pay for taxi fares. Yet, a white patient – regardless of age and/or status – has to cough up and is held accountable if they ‘cross the line’. It’s totally offensive and obscene. And it’s a insult and a spit ion the face to every person who has paid in to our health service. Including all our mothers, fathers and grandparents. Because these human muck get treated far better than they were.

One of my aunties (God rest her soul) was a hospital matron in Blackley, Manchester. Not one of these NHS ‘managers’ we have today. She was a proper one. Red uniform, pocket watch, the lot.
And, she cracked the whip when she had to. Her wards were immaculate. That distinct smell of that cleaning fluid was always evident. Mind you. that smell was in most hospitals in the 70s and 80s. It wasn’t pleasant to some, but it was reassuring. At least you knew the place was clean.
Now, there is no such smell in any of our hospitals. ‘Contract’ cleaners who don’t do the job properly and do as little as possible. We have actually had inspectors walk around our kidney ward. And they have said that it is not clean enough. But, what will be done? Nothing much probably.
