This accusation is deemed to be false by the police.
What right does his employer have to have a kangaroo court and make the wooly decision that ‘on the balance of probability’ the accusation was true?
Did they even have access to any evidence?
Did they interrogate the woman that accused him?
Has this doctor been sacked then his employer would be a candidate for a well deserved cunting.

As ever, one hopes that someone guilty would be jailed, or not guilty acquitted. That’s a lost cause a lot of the time.
But independent of the police, the tribunal didn’t find that he didn’t do it. .. they found he didn’t do it at work .. and so gave him a suspension, seeming to imply had he done ‘it’ (that which they conclude he did)while on the job, THEN it’d have been a different story.
Then, I don’t know … doctors .. ‘higher standards’ .. sexual assault ….
I guess I’m just old fashioned.
Had the headline been ‘Tribunal find accused not guilty’, I wouldn’t even have looked at the thing ….
