The “Impartial” US Supreme Court

ATTORNEY FOR DONALD TRUMP: Your Honors, our constitution bars anyone who has engaged in insurrection from holding any office under the United States. On behalf of Mr Trump I ask you to pretend this isn’t so.

JUSTICE 1: I’m not averse to a game of ‘let’s pretend’. Used to play it when I was a child.

JUSTICE 2: What about the television coverage of his speech before the riot at the Capitol? We all saw what happened.

ATTORNEY: Mr Trump is asking you to pretend you didn’t see it. And to remember he personally appointed three of your Honors to your present position.

JUSTICE 3: Ah yes, I see. Interesting.

JUSTICE 4: But some people might accuse us of a lack of impartiality.

ATTORNEY: No-one you need to worry about. What are they going to do, sue you?

JUSTICE 5: Point well taken.

JUSTICE 6: I’m convinced. Who cares what the constitution says anyway?

ATTORNEY: Mr Trump would like you to find in his favor and pretend it’s for the good of the country.

CHIEF JUSTICE: Sounds good to me. We’re all agreed then? And in a few weeks we get to decide whether he’s immune from criminal prosecution. If the constitution says anything about it, we can pretend that it doesn’t.

JUSTICE 7; I like this game.

      • Good dialogue too despite our American friends fucking off our beloved ‘u ‘.

    • Yep he won last election 250k voter fraud proven in Georgia, Pennsylvania and in Wisconsin.

However no overturn of election. Money printing idiot Joe continues his bollox unrelenting, media continues it’s total sham. War will come if trump isn’t elected fuck the bbc, fuck the lefties and fuck the WEF.

  1. Can’t wait for Trump to fuck Harry off and then tell Sir Kweer Korma he’s a cunt and for him to get off his knee and start acting like a man the woke twot.

  2. ladies and gentlemen……..for your delight donald ‘insurrection’ trump v sleepy joe’teleprompter’ biden ………fingers on buzzers, let’s rockkkkkkkkkkkk

waiting in the wings for a presidential visit…..dishi ‘i’m loaded’ suntan
    sir kneel ‘he/him/she/her’

  3. Things look bad here with Wishi and Sir Kweer but fuck me in the States – a senile half baked lying cunt and a deeply unpleasant and dishonest (allegedly) lying narcissist cunt.

    America deserves better.

  4. He didn’t participate in an insurrection so this nomination is complete bollocks. I hear there is a topical cream that can help with a nasty case of TDS.

He said “Peacefully and patriotically make our voices heard”……. if you can read between the lines there and hear “Storm the capital and overthrow AARRRR DEMOCRACEHHHH!” then words have no fucking meaning anymore.

This in addition to the fact that he then called for rioters and peaceful protestors to “go home in peace” or words to that effect.

The fact that the Supreme Court all ruled in favour of Trump 9-0 on a technicality is exactly the reason it is there in the first place; checks and balances. It is literally functioning as intended.

  5. I’m hoping it goes tits up and The Donald comes back into office. It’s so obvious what they’re trying to do and it’s backfiring. Donald isn’t perfect by any means but I find the total lack of respect by the media, courts etc of a former President especially by the BBC quite nauseating. If he does come back into power I can see the Ukraine conflict being sorted out quickly. He’ll crack heads together because it’s not in the US interest to fund a forever war with billions of dollars. No wars were started when he was in power, he always tried diplomacy first. Like I say, he’s got his faults but he always puts his own country’s interest first, something we in the UK sadly lack. He says what he thinks, no bullshit and isn’t afraid to upset the Left. Plus his wife’s a MILF.

  6. If he upsets all the woke fairies and the rabid left I dont give a toss what Trumps done, to see all those progressive types sobbing and wailing is worth it, nothing better than I righteous holier than thou twat self combusting. I know I’m a Knuckledragger with no political nouse but you’ve got to get your laughs somewhere.

  7. Another pointless anti-Trump rant not worthy of this August forum.

Let’s see what’s wrong with it this time:

The subject of this rant is obviously the Supreme Court’s decision that individual states cannot remove Trump from the ballot. That decision was released to the public on March 4. 2024.

The link provided to support this nonsense was to an article published on January 11.2023…fully 1 year BEFORE the US Supreme Court decision. It is therefore not relevant to the subject of this nomination.

This idiotic nomination is about whether states can remove Trump from the ballot. The article provided is about abortion. Once again not relevant.

And just for fun…this author relates a mythical conversation between the Chief Justice and 7 US Supreme Court Justices for a total of 8.

There are nine US Supreme Court Justices. Presumably the 9th was gagged and not allowed to put forth their opinion. As should have happened to the cunter who penned this liberal wet dream.

    I call BULLSHIT!

NOT because of the author’s opinion…he’s entitled to that. But because once again we have a nomination that is baseless and without factual support.

  8. I’m in two minds about Trump potentially becoming president for a second time.
Yes, he’s going to ruffle a few feathers with the Dumbocrats, but quite honestly is this the best the GOP can offer?

I also expect come election time lots of ballet-stuffing and vote rigging by the usual suspects. And the MSM will dig the dirt on Trump in every conceivable way, fact or fiction.

As for the Supreme Court? I don’t have enough knowledge to make a judgement.

    • Absolutely agreed Techo, it’s fucking pathetic that a self-aggrandizing, bull-shitting idiot & a piss-stinking, octogenarian buffoon are the best two candidates that either party can come up with for POTUS.
It speaks volumes for the intellect of the average American that they want to get behind either of them.

      • There’s plenty of evidence in this country that the average Brit’s 🧠 is on a par with the Alabama swamp dwellers also….
Ma is that possum pie dun ready yet,god dang it Elmo eat sum grits iffers yous hungry boy…or mum how long will tea be? …Ping, it’s ready …now where’s me fucking fags 🇺🇲/🇬🇧 the special relationship

    • Part of the complaints made by Republican Maga people after the 2020 election was the excessive ballot harvesting done by the Dems (perfectly legal apparently) but it’s a practice that the Republicans didn’t engage in much if at all during 2020.

The MAGA base have now started to ballot harvest heavily because they’ve figured there’s no point fighting with one hand tied behind their back.

I guarantee that if Trump wins, all of a sudden ballot harvesting will be a big problem and the Dems and mainstream media will go into meltdown…. because it’s only ethical and legal when they do it you see. The only elections which are allowed to be questioned are ones which Trump wins, don’t blame me, I don’t make the rules.

  9. Funny how when people say he incited a “insurection” they never actually show any footage of speech on that day, or just show the whole speech in full without pauses or cuts, if it was bad as they make it out to be then just showing it would be enough to prove it, that’s the issue, he said nothing of the sort. Brandon can get away with literally not being able to finish sentences yet Trump was barly allowed to finish one when he was President yet got more across than Brandon ever has. I can see America doing a boogaloo if the democrats are retarded enough to rig this one again, I cannot see anyone other than Trump winning if it’s a fair election, but it won’t be.Ramaswamy is a good heir to the Trump kingdom too imo, purge all the cunts out of the swamp, Trump needs a good sucessor.

    • If you recall, Trump pinned his tweet telling the people present at the capital to “go home with peace in your hearts” and that “we are the party of law and order” but then his Twitter account got conveniently suspended so nobody could see that tweet and the others from that day until his account was reinstated by Elon Musk.

Without being able to see what he had publicly tweeted, the mainstream media could spin any yarn they wanted and mindless simpleton automatons would just believe whatever they were told and repeat it until true. It’s almost like that was the plan.

  10. If a protest turns into a riot, only the people who instigated the riot with directly instructive, inflammatory language or people who participated in the riot are held liable under the law: you don’t hold all people present responsible for the violent actions of a few otherwise people with a vested interest would instigate riots using agent provocateurs … cough… Ray Epps… cough and protests would subsequently be banned out right. Donald Trump was neither an instigator nor a participant in a riot/insurrection.

  11. I like Donnie Trump.
    He’s my favourite comedian.

Part business man, part mafia don,
    Part statesman, part grifter.

Type of bloke who’d run a pyramid scheme.

He’s up against it at the moment,
They definitely want to bring him down.

If he went to prison and won the election would be comedy gold!

Either way , like him or loath him you have to admit he’s entertaining.

  12. My understanding of the decision is that the states over-stepped their authority & the Supreme Court put that right. If Donny boy goes down on one of the other charges against him & prevented from standing, well so be it, but he shouldn’t be excluded illegally.
    E. Jean Carroll’s case seems to be standing up to the appeals, so I guess we’ll see…

  13. It wasn’t Ian insurrection, not by definition or in reality. Did anyone from the current administration go to jail when supporting the BLM riots. that includes the current VP posting bail for rioters.

Fuck me Allan, for an intelligent man it’s concerning that you support the current administration using the judiciary in multiple attempts to destroy their political opponents.

    • There were also Democrat politicians like AOC and Maxine Waters who encouraged members of the public to openly harass Republican members of congress. That seems like instigation to me but neither of those chucklefucks ever saw any public inquiry.

  14. Why can nobody see DT for what he is?

    The Moscow candidate.

    His game plan?

Take assistance from Putin, get elected then deliver his end of the deal:

Castrate NATO and throw Europe to the dogs, with a guarantee that he’ll do nothing so long as Russia keeps out of american territories.

Thank God I’m too old to draft.

    • I don’t think it unreasonable that Trump demand that all members of NATO pay their fair share as agreed…. 2% of each nation’s GDP if memory serves.

  15. The American judicial system is riddled with corruption. Judges are supposed to be impartial and non-political but we see examples of political bias in their rulings on a regular basis. If these cases against Trump were tried on the evidence alone, he would be dead and buried, therefore these partisan judges feel the need to lend him a helping hand simply because he’s a Republican. Maybe they would be less inclined to be helpful if they realized he used to be registered as a Democrat.

Justice Clarence Thomas is married to Virginia Thomas who is an election denier and was actively involved in efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Did he recuse himself from these cases so that there wouldn’t be even a hint of impropriety? Of course he didn’t.

Aileen Cannon, the judge presiding over the documents case in Florida, has bent over backwards so far to accommodate Trump’s team and their delaying tactics that she’s in danger of suffering a spinal misalignment. Trump nominated her to serve as a district judge in 2020.

Earlier today Judge Scott MacAfee, presiding over the Georgia election interference case, ruled that either prosecutor Willis or her co-prosecutor Nathan Wade must step aside simply because the two of them had an affair. Both stated it was true, at no time did either of them attempt to deny it. And what exactly did this affair have to do with the case against Trump? That’s right, absolutely nothing.

    • Allan,

I’ve read statements from Diane Abbot that contain more facts and make more sense than your last post.

      Good evening Harold,

      I trust you are well.

      • Bet you’ve not read statements from Marjorie Taylor Greene that make more sense.
        Trust you’re well, etc.

      • Evening General Lee
        (see what I did there)

I am indeed well and trust you are in good health sir.

Despite our differences of opinion on some matters, I wish to remain cordial.

    • So did Trump.
He’s a self confessed sex offender.
      “Grab ’em by the pussy…”
MAGA – Make America Grope Again.
      Lol.

      • No need for apologies.
I got your use of the word “both”, I was merely pointing out that only one of them is a self proclaimed sex offender.
Furthermore, the only one to have been found liable in a civil action for sexually abusing a female, and ordered to pay $5million in damages.

      • @Mingejuice Bottler

If Trump is the pathological liar that we’re led to believe him to be, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that his admission was locker room bravado which he made up to impress that Billy Bush geezer.

It’s also mildly believable that he did try to rape E.Jean Carroll (a sexy rape though of course). It would be less believable though if her accusation was the claim that “He grabbed me by the sanity”….. you’d have a better chance of lassoing a unicorn.

      • @Mingejuice Bottler

I’d also argue that if Trump did shag E.Jean Carroll then he shagged a crazy bird. Anybody whose ever shagged a crazy bird knows what anybody who say “never put your dick in crazy” has clearly never shagged a crazy bird, because they are the best shags. Fact!

  16. While we’re on the topic admin can you please put the Dinesh D’Souza nom back up? One silly cunter throwing his toys out the pram shouldn’t have been grounds for it to be pulled.

    • I don’t even agree with most of Allan’s musings either but that’s beside the fucking point. He has the same right to his opinion as anyone else – if GC wants an echo chamber he can always fuck off to Breitbart or Stormfront.
