Recently a gentleman was sentenced (no jail but now he has a criminal record) for sending an emailed ‘rant’ to Gareth Southgate.

Now, the content was mostly an opinion and I’m not sure a criminal record was really necessary. It was certainly a foolish thing to do, as he probably never even read it anyway. His PA did and notified the rozzers. He did call him a ‘cunt’ and that can land you in bother (malicious communications etc.)

Still, I do think it was wrong to say he was racist. Seemed like an honest opinion that many share, rightly or wrongly. Just my opinion mind.

I wonder what would’ve happened had a black gentlemen sent a similar email calling the manager ‘racist’ for picking some white players over some black players?

Fuck all, I wager.

Seems fishy (or foxy?) to me all this, anyway.

    My “crime”?

    I am not sure if I should disclose the evidence I have of Southgate choosing players “of a certain hue” for taking penalties instead of competent ones and the storming argument he had with Jack Grealish where Southgate threatened to bar Grealish from future selection for daring to angrily question cuntgates tactics and obvious racism or wait until the Court date to do it? 😀👍👍
    I wonder if North Yorkshire “police” will be driving past my place at 3MPH filming and staring through the windows today like they have been for the last year or so?

    If Brian Martin is Vern then I take my hat off to him. I genuinely hope he is in a position to challenge the ruling as the judge stated it was a racist e-mail. I’m not sure how he deduced that conclusion, but I guess it carries far more weight for a successful prosecution than just a smattering of “fucks” and “cunts”.

    Anyone that wants to take legal action against someone that has called them a cunt should have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they are not a cunt.
