It seems that a disproportional number complaints about lawyers (cunts) are against black and Asians. This is of course being investigated. Without any bias, because it is obviously racist, innit.

Yes, they didnt get the answer they wanted so will research until they can get the ‘right answer’.
Here’s a thought.
Perhaps these fuckers are institutionally incompetent and corrupt? I doubt that any further research will clarify this.

  3. To keep these statistics then one of the questions that must be asked when a complaint is made against a lawyer is….. “Is the lawyer black or Asian”.

    In itself, that is a racist question.
    What difference does it make whether the person that is subject to the complaint is black, white, Asian or Chinese?

    Of course, the reason why that question is asked is because it is already known that black and Asian lawyers are often incompetent.

    • It would be interesting to also see who is actually complaining, as not all of them are going to be white. Asians especially seem to be represented by other Asians.

Therefore the racist question “is the solicitor/lawyer coloured” is not in the wokeiverse a racist question but a means of establishing that the person in question is a ok and the complainer a right wing fascist demon. The only solicitor I complained about was White English but was a cunt and deserved a reprimand but as to be expected fuck all happened.
    I would suggest that the reason most of these persons are complaining is that said legal person fucked up their case regarding their asylum claim. What only three bedrooms! You fucking bastard I complain you racist bastard…

  10. I had the misfortune to overhear a group yakking away with ‘innit’, ‘bro’ , yeah? Hear what I’m saying etc, and was amazed to hear they were all lawyers. Presumably they talk properly in court, or perhaps that’s not important either now.

    She took a statement off me,
    And when it came to signing it I asked to read it.
    Luckily for me.

    It didn’t bare any likeness to what I’d said,
    So I refused to sign it.

    She threw a wobbler and accused me of wasting her valuable time.
    I accused her of being incompetent and not being able to read an write properly.

    She had a meltdown.
    I told her to fuck off an walked out.

    I filed a complaint against her and she said she didn’t want to represent me.
    I told the legal firm I’d not let her represent me.
    She can’t even take a statement.

    Never heard anything about my complaint against her?
    Surprise.

    But I’d never have anyone Who looks like a villain from Live an let die represent me legally.

    Same for some extra from Lawrence of Arabia or it ain’t arf hot mum.

  15. Asian lawyers are constantly defending their clients against drug, car theft, child sex trafficking and illegal immigration charges. The complaints probably come from the defendants when they’re found guilty, or the plaintiffs when the scumbags end up getting off when the lawyer claims racism.

    • How true, look at the careers of many peaceful hon members solicitors, specialising in immigration law.

    So, if the complaint figures are random but the lawyers complained about are statistically more likely to be black or Asian, my understanding is that the findings are significant. However. We cant have that. Perhaps a Guardian study will put things right.

  20. 2002. Client consulting with Lawyer in Civil Matter is given a pile of papers to sign by his brief. The Pile is many, and is gobbledegook with big legal words. The Punter is afraid to ask what/why signatures because the brief is Black and intimidating. 2005 Punter loses his case and costs are awarded against him. It is now only apparent that he has secured his property to meet the costs of his brief.
    It takes only 2 weeks before the property is taken as security, and Punter is evicted. The fees charged by his brief are of an astronomical amount. The Law Society can? will do nothing for some obscure legal reason. I mention this little tale in light of the Gowned and Wigged Brigade are to go on strike. Apparently they only get the basic minimum wage ?

    SHITE.

    • Not much help I know but costs could be referred for Taxing, this was when the Taxing master went through the fees etc to see if the fees were reasonable for the job in question. He could reduce or increase them and his word was final.

    Perhaps these cunts are from (or have roots in) Umbogoland or Shitholestan and have no real fundamental understanding of the principles of western jurisprudence.

    Civilized law may just be beyond their comprehension. Now tribal law…seeking the answer in goat entrails…or burning incense and consulting the I Ching might be right up their alley.
