A serious nomination for Sherry Naidoo, 37, an absolute (drunken) bitch from hell who had a long history of violently abusing her partner Paul Jenner.
She injured him so badly he went to hospital. The courts gave her a slap on the wrist. The arresting officer warned that she would eventually kill him.
Back living together the shocking abuse continued. This time his head injuries were so severe he was rushed to addenbrookes. He appeared to be recovering and refused to press charges against her. Didn’t matter as the police had enough evidence including CCTV and witnesses. They were helping him to plan a new life when he deteriorated and died. Sherry Naidoo didn’t give a damn or show any remorse.
The police upped the charge from GBH to murder. The case went to court where the judge found that Naidoo had endured a tough upbringing and abuse from a previous relationship.
She was given 16 months.
I believe this horrendous case not only shows that domestic violence is not a one way street but also that women can literally get away with murder.

I could not be arsed to read the link, your Lordship, but a macabre thought occurs. Was there a sexual element to all of this that, maybe, got out of hand? I ask because JG Ballard’s novel, Crash, for example, explores some pretty extreme practices. The fact that the victim stayed with her, despite what to the outsider would have appeared extreme abuse might be indication of such. Of course, the more likely explanation is that she is a vicious, murdering, chav cunt.

I watched the programme and I have to say, that was going through my mind, was this bloke a masochist? Maybe at the end he was thinking, you know, I enjoy getting knocked about a bit, but if she’s going to kill me, it might be better to call a halt. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. Truly appalling. Three things come to mind;
1. He should have left long ago.
2. Literally millions of people have a rough childhood. The large majority of them get over it and go on to lead useful lives, often with no support from the system and even when the system works against them.
3. My understanding is that judges are required to work to guidelines laid down in law. If this sentence falls within those guidelines then they need to be changed which probably means changing our politicians.

The “Pussy Pass” is a very real phenomena. News reports are full of instances where one certain gender (with or without particular ethnicities) commits a horrendous crime and is granted a very lenient sentence, assuming anything more than a light suspended one.

I agree with the consensus that Paul Jenner should have left this crazy cow. But my wife works in health care and it is amazing how many women do not leave violent partners, even when their children are also threatened. This borders on the irresponsible but logic goes out of the window where emotions are involved especially when drink or drugs are in the mix.
Paul Jenner was an alcoholic who could or would not defend himself or get away. But he did not deserve to die at the hands of this evil woman who should have felt the full force of the law. He suffered abuse, death and injustice. Awful.

Just looked at the report. The coroner reported that there was no evidence that the fall he had which caused the brain bleed had been caused by this disgusting woman pushing him. So the Judge had to direct there was no evidence of manslaughter or murder. I would have thought her past conduct towards him was sufficient evidence but, alas, not enough to convict. She obviously his death – evil bitch. A complete travesty..

the justice system stinks in this cuntry if you are a white hetro male. 1st time poster on here so bear with me. My son had an accident last year, he was driving along an A road and some bloke pulled out of a T junction right in front of my son, no skid marks not even time to brake. Anyway poor cunt went to hospital (without life threatening injuries) and died 8 days later. The police then decided to investigate the crash site (9 days later and after all the recovery vehicles had churned up the grass etc). His partner gave a statement that he had been up all night drinking and had gone out at 11.45 in the morning for more beer. He has been advised by his barrister to plead guilty, because he will get a third off his sentence, which he did. The toxoligy report confirmed the victim was over the limit. Guess what? he goes for sentencing on June 10th and has been told a minimum of 4 years, although the police are pushing for the higher one 8 – 14 years. Bear in mind he has never been in trouble with the police before. Although I feel for the family, the justice system is a cunt.
