Matt Hancock – Acted Unlawfully (5)

URGENT CUNTING OF THE BRITISH REGIME

The High Court rules Government acted unlawfully by failing to publish details of Covid-related contracts.

We all know just how much of our money the present regime led by one daft bastard called Johnson and equally charming fuckwit Matty Nocock because they tell us, every fucking day. As we also thought lots of this money was going to their slimeball mates. Well the Good Law Project took on these might loons and a Judge has found that the regime acted UNLAWFULLY

“The High Court has ruled “The Secretary of State acted unlawfully by failing to comply with the Transparency Policy” and that “there is now no dispute that, in a substantial number of cases, the Secretary of State breached his legal obligation to publish Contract Award Notices within 30 days of the award of contracts.” We have won the judicial review we brought alongside Debbie Abrahams MP, Caroline Lucas MP, and Layla Moran MP.”

I doubt anything will change as we no longer live in a democracy and the regime does not want to be held to account for anything. However, amidst their own crisis of a so called ‘global pandemic’ these creatures have been found out for the lying, cheating cunts that they are – they won’t like it ‘up ’em’ so let’s get cunting

  1. It’s common knowledge that all politicians are fucking fiddling.

The thought that they enter politics for the good of the common people is bollocks.

We should have known from the expenses scandal.

So it comes as no shock that government contracts have been awarded to companies that either have directors who are mates with MP’s or are MP’s themselves.

It’s been happening for years and will still go on.

    • Theres no escaping Hancock of a Sunday.
The slimy little cunt is everywhere!!
      Arrrrgghh!!
      😵😖

      • MNC: I am of an age when Sunday on the Light Programme meant Hancock’s Half-Hour – thirty minutes of sardonic comedy.

Everything changes, but everything stays the same!

  2. One day this cunt will have to answer for his crimes. His unlawful letting of contracts will not even figure on the list of charges.

  3. Apparently it’s alright for Prince Jug Ears to break lockdown and make a round trip of 200 miles to visit his “feeling unwell” father in hospital, but not alright for ordinary people to visit almost dead relatives in nursing homes. Hmmm…

    • RTC@ – A well made point – I get that Prince Charles is concerned about his old Man being at deaths door in hospital, but lots of others are in the same position and being dragged out of hospitals and care homes by security and the police – not being chauffeured there and back with a police escort.

  4. The Good Law Project is the one involves Joylon Maugham. What’s not to like.
    Obsessive Remainiac
    Fox-murderer
    Kimono-wearer
    Guardian contributor
    Lawyer
    Righteous Cunt

      • WCB@ – Hancocks crooked half hour – “A contract – that’s very nearly a new house in the Country”!
He is more a vampire than a blood donor.

      • Del Cunt – It doesn’t make Handcock’s unlawful acts okay. Nonetheless Maugham, the animal-killing, EU-flag-waving Guardianista is a monument cunt.

    • Indeed, and I bet they, and the fucking Mirror are nowhere near as quick to highlight non Tory political troughers. Fucking hypocrites.

      • The problem here is that the contracts being issued was not unlawful, merely not publishing the details within 30 days as the DHSC says it will do. Apparently it took 47 days. I’d love it if the process for issuing the contracts was considered unlawful but that’s not the case, unfortunately.

  5. You have to ask the question: why do the rich elite want to become MPs and ministers? It can’t be for the salary (Rishi Sunak is a billionaire FFS). It can’t be to make people’s lives better out of a sense of philanthropy (they generally fuck our lives up with relentless vigour, they are like traffic lights – the traffic flows much better in a power cut!). Could it be to fix contracts up for their rich mates and ensure some gold plated directorships post politics…..hmmmm

    • I don’t know, maybe you could ask Teflon Tony. He could offer a master class in how to make friends and rinse people…………. for a modest, 6 or 7 figure fee of course.

  6. Within a Monarchy you know that you are a peasant, in a democracy ( cough ) you never know what you are from one day till the next.

  7. Nigerian voodoo witch doctors have more qualification to hold his post than he does. Fucking worm.

He should resign or be fired, immediately. But he will not.

Like Blair and Boris, he is a filthy globalist rat who will willingly sell this nation down the river and over the waterfall. But unlike Blair and Boris, he has absolutely no charisma available so all his lies are immediately evident.

  8. Whatever his faults, failings and fuck ups it would be far worse with Jonny boy and the Labour Party.

It’s not a question of whether he is a cunt, he certainly is a cunt but you have to ask this.

He comes out day after day week after week to take shit and criticism from everyone, but he keeps coming with a positive message, whatever you think of him it takes some balls to do that, could you do that? I couldn’t, I would have fucked off months ago.

    • I completely agree Sick. The bugger has got some staying power.
It was obvious from the start that Health Secretary would be the biggest role to play and should have been split between two or three people.

  9. The BBC is also failing to disclose information that has been requested under the Freedom of Information Act regarding the number of people who are choosing not to pay the tv tax. They claim that the figures are commercially sensitive and therefore they do not have to release them. I find this ironic in the light of their role as a news broadcaster.

    • Also, apart from BBC Enterprises, or whatever they call their “commercial arm” those days, they always like to boast they are NOT a commercial organisation.

In a sense that is true – they provide work experience for the otherwise unemployable like Nish Kumar and Jo Brand , and YTS schemes for teenage “stand-ups”.

  10. Hancock reckons that it’s okay in an emergency to deceive the public and now the ‘grate’ Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer said he would not call for Mr Hancock to resign over the court ruling, saying it was “not what the public really want to see”.

So Britain is now a failed nation run by Hancock’s law and nothing else

Hanging wouldn’t be good enough for the present political cabal

  11. Always follow the money cunters. One of Hancock’s mates who ran a pub got a contract to make covid test kits or some such guff.
These cunts just cannot be honest. Wtf is wrong with them?
Maybe if we hang Hancock for treason that might deter the fuckers. Or maybe not.

  12. Excuse or not, Matt has said in an interview that he and his team were working around 18 hours a day trying to find PPE and basically all the transparency paperwork was a fortnight late as sourcing the equipment is more important. Good on him.

Health secretary in a pandemic, poor cunt got the fucking short straw there 😂

  13. It’s a sad state of affairs when lefty, libdem cunts like Caroline “Vinegar Tits” Lucas and Layla “Lovely-Looking” Moron are the ones to do the right thing…………… pity they couldn’t have done that during the 4 year Brexit debacle.

The ironic thing is that this current crop of “tory scum” wouldn’t be anywhere near the levers of power if remoaning cunts hadn’t tried to over turn democracy, insulted millions of voters, set the political discourse and laid the ground for Boris Johnson to swoop in like a white-haired knight saying all the right buzz words.

Remoaning cunts are complicit in this. Remoaners, you did this.

  14. And?? What’s the big deal?? You been in a coma for ever?? All politicians of every party in ever country do this shit. Pointless exercise nothing will change. Have beer and relax, summer is coming.

    • Hancock is it?
I did a nom on this crooked sulky pouting little Lieutenant Gruber impersonator recently, it was a bit long and disjointed so probably won’t get seen but the crux of it was Hancock, politicians, members of SAGE and their various companies and business interests – Hancock owns Porton Biopharma, health minister Nadhim Zahawi owns Zahawi Warren Medical (quickly renamed Warren Medical) and has his Wife running it in her maiden name along with his two Sons who also use different names, Sir Patrick Vallance has a £600,000 interest in GSK and SAGE have arrogantly refused to declare any relevant financial interests – these are just a few examples of the parasites in politics (and Carrie Symonds is shifty as well) who are cashing in on this misery to line their own pockets – Hancocks behaviour with contracts is just the tip of the iceberg.
He lied to and misled Parliament and the people with regard to Nightingale hospitals, a relative dying of coronavirus variant, the efficacy of alleged vaccines that do not vaccinate and broke the law with regard to accountability and due diligence pertaining to contract provision and awarding.
This little cunt needs to be in a Court of law to face the consequences and the rest of the sneering fucking crooks cashing in need to be forced to repay any money they have raked in from this shamdemic and banned from ever holding any positions of authority or influence ever again.
      And the most infuriating thing?
The MSM are acting like this either doesn’t exist or is nothing.
Fuck them, fuck them all to hell.

(We have your nomination in “pending” status – I presume this is about his dealings with Companies House, along with one or two other government Ministers. But we’re a little unsure of the exact reasoning as you didn’t specify particulars. Is is to do with their interests in Big Pharma? – DA)

      • DA@ – apologies – it was a bit “all over the place as I needed to make sure the legalities were covered, but, yes – it was relating to their financial interests in big pharma and medical provision companies.
        Sorry about the ambiguity.

(Thank you, Vernon. We did think it might be a “vested interest” thing, but just wanted to be sure. We will get your nom processed and scheduled – DA)

      • I think some of the claims should be fact checked, for example Hancock doesn’t own Porton Biopharma.
Valance was, until 2018, head of R&D at GSK, so you would expect him to have shares in GSK, he sold his main holding worth about 5 million but there are legal restrictions on some of the shares given/purchased to/by All employees of GSK on how they mature and when they can be cashed in. He may have 600K in shares but probably can’t sell them until they mature.

    • HtB@ – if politicians who illegally order people are fined, arrested and incarcerated for walking down the street and allow the very same police to set up private debt collection companies to harass people into paying fines, lie to the public and break the law is no big deal to you then I genuinely do not know how to respond to that.
And summer isn’t coming – we will be back out of lockdown for a month then after yet another fabricated “mutation” and a “worrying spike in infection rates” we will be back in prison for all of Autumn and Winter – the socialist dictator pretending to be the Prime Minister will continue to to this permanently until we are finally broken – “we are in this together” unless we do something about it.
But the rich and privileged are not – they carry on with life as normal but just with even more of our money in their pockets.

  15. Slide the slimy toad into your oven please Unkle Terry.Resign Adolf Smallcock.Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery.I detest the “man”.

  16. I want to be the man in the hood holding the head on the scaffold in Hyde Park of any of Hancock’s profiteering mates. All the time we have Hancock waiting his fate in a bamboo cage in full view of what has been happening. The crowd then vote on his punishment via the track and trace app.

I suggest we boil him alive in a pot heated by 12 billion pounds worth of fifty pound notes. This is the equivalent of the money spent on track and trace. The event would be broadcast live on all media platforms
