On 7th July 2005 52 innocent people were killed by ISIS terrorists in central London. Back then there was broad media coverage of the atrocities as well as highlighting who the terrorists were and where they came from.
Fast forward 15 years, and the BBC mentions it rather begrudgingly on their news-site. However, its doesn’t appear on their home page alongside other important news items such as the government handing out £2bn to some households to improve loft insulation, or news about some Hollywood cunt allegedly beating up his ex-wife, or more BLM shite.
No. Instead, you’ll find in buried in the “London” page. And when you do find it, its not even the main news item. Instead its sidelined by some shite about the Grenfell fire being racially motivated!
When you read the bombings article itself, there’s lots of praise from Suckdick towards the emergency services and the community, but absolutely fuck all about who did the crime!
It’s as if the BBC is suffering from selective amnesia, conveniently forgetting it was fucking ISIS that did the crime purely because a) there was plenty of evidence, and b) ISIS bragged about it 9/11 style over the web!
And yet the BBC chose not to mention any of that because it might be seeing as offensive and racist.

R4 vapourised my piss on Sunday by allowing the “Point of View” commentator to refer to the George Floyd death as a “lynching”. This was a recorded program produced by an experienced producer. I remember the author, melanie phillips, penning a rather tenacious column in the daily mail explaining how cannabis WILL cause dementia in users. I was quite amused by the article as it was not scientifically based and at the time I had been high for at least fifteen years. That was a long time ago, and I don’t do that sort of thing anymore and I also am yet to develop dementia.
I also remember her on question time, calling out the evil of the middle east. She was very passionate, but her arguements fell down because she was using facts about british army kit that were wrong. A serviceman in the audience called her out on it and then her enthusiasm became the catalyst for her failure.
However, folks get things wrong, and people change. I’ll give her book a go out of curiousity, but can you speak up for it?

Anybody in Leicester with half a brain (about 80% of the population) has known about these sweatshops for decades. (I even briefly worked at one, a friend of the family from eastern Europe wanted to earn a few quid while he was here so I went with him for a couple of days as his english was shit, as was the rest of the, no doubt illegal, workers’. If you were quick you could earn £1 an hour at a time when the minimum wage was about £4.50.) FFS, C4 even did a documentary about them in 2017 and was told, quite candidly, by one of the owners that there’s nothing the authorities can do. There is. But they won’t.
