Sir Keir is to go on an ‘Unconscious Bias’ course cos he made some faux pas regarding BLM. ‘What a load of woke shite’ I initially thought.
But I’ve been thinking (always a dangerous thing to do). We often say ‘I don’t judge a person by the colour of their skin’ but is that actually true?
Let’s try this; take two newscasters say Clive Myrie and Huw Edwards. Now cunters put all preconceived ideas about black people out of your mind. Also put the personalities of these two men out of your mind as well if you can. Just think of their faces.
OK, you’re walking along the street no-one around then round a corner comes Clive. You see each other, walk on. Now the same with Huw;.walking along, round the corner he comes, you see each other. The same reaction?
Better example. Sir Lenny Henry, Frank Skinner. Once again just their faces. Lenny Henry comes round the corner, you see each other, walk on. Frank Skinner comes round the corner, you see each other, walk on. If I was honest I would have a more negative reaction to seeing the black face.
I will say in future ‘I try not to judge a person by the colour of their skin’ it’s more honest.
Sir Keir is going on this course and we should all follow his example.

I have a feeling that getting rid of unconscious bias is going to take a lot more than “taking a knee” or a bullshit course for that matter.
We are genetically programmed to favour our own kind. Back in the far mists of time this most likley evolved as part of the complicated system that aided our survival. Stands to reason that any advantage that was part of your makeup and would enable you to respond quicker to a percieved threat would grant you a better chance of surviving. This response I have observerd in all people whatever their skin colour.
We as humans are still endowed with the small group focus of our distant ancestors likewise many other traits that people display are likely to originate from the same time. We are not really programmed to live in multi ethnic societies therfore conflict arises between our deep feelings and the the way we navigate the narrative of our place in the World. This should not be buried by legality and bollocks because this really needs to be accepted as a fact that effects everyone irrespective of skin colour.

For years we’ve heard the ‘discrimination because of the colour of a persons skin’ claim being made by both those who feel discriminated against, and the people that get offended on others behalf, like the BLM whitey that were defacing and wrecking statues.
This apparent skin colour-ISM is an over simplication of where the problem for those with the grievance lies. They refer to themselves as merely having a darker hue and this qualifies them for inferior treatment.
The thing is, that humans judge others on what they perceive they think the other’s culture and belief system is. They will also judge the other human on the way they express themself and their language. They will judge them on their body language and whether they think the other is a threat, lazy or suspicious etc. This is what EVERYBODY does regardless of colour.
The exact same judgement will be made by natives if a white man walks into, say an African village. For fucks sake it happens to white people that walk into a Cornish pub speaking with a London accent!
If Keir Starmer is going on a course to brainwash himself in order to neutralise all the essential cognitive information a human uses to assess threat and protect his interests and values and he’s advocating that you and I do the same, then he is a fool, and of course he is a stupid cunt, because once again its a sign of surrender and cowardly appeasement.

Just to add-say you hear of a murder and you assume it’s a white person. Then you hear it is of a black. Your interest just dies, I know mine does. Even if he’s not a criminal or anything. I remember there was the black man who drowned in the pool in Spain. An example. I had little interest once I found out he was black.
In reality skin colour does matter. Because it is the initial reaction that is the problem. The crime does come from that. The host white population (a lot with the best intentions) are initially hesitant. So the black doesn’t get the job. So the black doesn’t get chosen. This is internalized. Rounds of downward spiraling.
If I was poor and black with no prospects, nothing to do then I am sure I would have turned to crime. Simply for something to do.

Even if I didn’t recognise them, they look normal, non confrontational people. That they might be cunts is a different story. In all honesty Miles I will try and be courteous and polite to any person that I meet. I’m British.
It’s certainly not anything to do with me that other people choose to be rude, crass, impolite, etc.
It’s my experience that people normally disclose their barbarity and neanderthal thinking within ten seconds of me meeting them.
In fact, I have found that pretty much every human being that I have ever met in person is a cunt.
Unfortunately for me, there are groups of people that abuse my freedom of choice to dislike them and choose instead to label my dislike of them as an individual as a hatred of their group. I have reflected on this at length, and the best I can come up with is that they feel weakness due to their need to belong to a group and jealously resent my independent character.

Its a funny one this. I’m not sure it’s all about being biased towards your own race as some suggest. You will be biased towards those that speak the same language (or can understand you). Case in point about the bias thing being iffy, I can’t recall who said it, but a famous dark hued cunt said if he was walking down the street at night and on one side of the road a group of white men were walking towards him, and on the other a group of black man were coming in his direction, he would cross the road if needed to be on the same side of the road as the white men.
I just think people just react to facts and pattern recognition, no matter how hard they try to be woke.

I went to a funeral a few years back and afterwards at the reception a really nice black bloke was earnestly boring me to death with some chat about something or other when he happened to mention Nelson Mandela and before I could stop myself I said: “Who’s he?”
It was a joke of course, but he was visibly thrown momentarily, trying to work out whether I was being intentionally racist (which I wasn’t, at least not consciously) or what? My missus smoothed it over by expertly changing the subject.
