I would like to nominate amnesia for a proper cunting, as it seems that if you are a woman born any time in the last 50 years or so you suffer from a rather debilitating version of selective amnesia in which you all of a sudden remember hideous sexual abuse and harassment when your memory is remarkably jogged by either an Al-BBC reporter or a lawyer.

It seems that 67% of women have suffered some form of sexual harassment and then “got on with their lives” completely oblivious to the fact that it actually was abuse until the witch hunter comes a knocking, at which point, sometimes many years later, they suddenly remember the trauma and abuse and start blubbing and claiming a ruined life for something they previously hadn’t given much thought about, the poor souls.

There was a time when we used to be able to say anything to each other in the pursuit of chasing the opposite sex, flirting it used to be called. It was innocent and both ladies and men used to do it in the hope of having it off with someone eventually. Now it seems any kind of historical chat up lines can be brought to bear as harassment and sexual abuse. Amazing that something only matters when its given a label and a price tag.

With flirting and sex now off the table it appears the human race is doomed to die out, good fucking riddance i say, cos a world without paying compliments, flirting and, gulp, sex isnt worth saving.

My overriding worry in all this is that in primary school in 1977 me and Mary Smith played “you show me yours and ill show you mine”, so its only a mater of time now…..

    Especially troubling is how this selective amnesia, with regards the Weinstein claims, was especially prevalent when said women were enjoying the apex of their movie/TV careers. These women appeared unable to remember all the rapes, gropes and fumbles they endured when both Michelle Obama and Hilary Clinton were openly championing the man in separate public forums over recent years.

    I guess the selective amnesia also meant that while Harvey Weinstein was deeply affiliated with the Democrat politicians, Donald Trump was made a pariah for misogyny for a bit of locker-room jock talk; all these afflicted women not once publicly recalling the alleged hideous, apparently ‘well-known’ abuse suffered from their own side of the political persuasion.

    Most troubling of all is how this selective amnesia is spreading, and actually failing in some cases to distinguish between real assaults/harassment and merely chatting up or making clumsy passes. Adam Sandler is right now being pilloried in the Mail for his recent appearance on the Graham Norton show, where he touches a female guests knee – not faff, tits or arse mind you, but knee – and in the presence of professional shitcunt Emma Thompson, this is now being cast as all part of the abusive patriarchy movement.

    Watch out guys. This selective amnesia could hit you one day. That attempt to ask some fat bird for her number could result in a future accusation of sexual harassment and abuse. The way things are going, you may even be arrested one day merely for having a penis.

      They just released that stupid survey saying that over half or women are victims of sexual harassment. They haven’t said how they define sexual harassment though. I suspect that it’s not the same as how the rest of us would define it. I think one of the questions went something like “has anyone ever said anything that made you feel uncomfortable?”

      It’s strange how these crimes haven’t been reported, especially when we all know about the huge payouts awarded for even the slightest transgression in relation to women in the workplace.

    • What I struggle with is what counts as sexual harassment these days. When I started work aged 17, you used to get chased around like it was the Benny Hill Show. I’m not saying it was right but you either laughed it off,or, told the person doing it to fuck off. Loud public humiliation seemed to work well. Now I am middle-aged I have a job not to laugh at female colleagues complaining because someone called them luv or similar. Funnily enough it’s usually the ones who go on about man-flu or how pathetic men are.

    My daughter was raped by a work colleague and didn’t report it for more than four years (for a very complicated combination of reasons, chief among them being completely fucking traumatised and the only way she felt able to deal with it was to completely block it out). It was only when the CCTV in the building (installed much later) subsequently caught him trying to do the same thing to another female employee that she felt able to speak up.

    As for Weinstein – I’m sure some actresses do try to sleep their way to the top (Sir Limply can confirm/deny), but does that mean ALL actresses do? And does that mean Weinstein should feel entitled to consider all actresses fair game? Defending Weinstein comes perilously close to defending Gary Glitter since there were no doubt a few teenage girls who didn’t object to his predatory attentions because he was their favourite pop star…?

  21. The main issue I have with this is the categorisation of abuse.

    In my time in work I have called colleagues cunts (not of the opposite sex – I avoid all encounters with them wherever possible), told them to fuck off and have meant it.

    My argument – back in the day – being that if they were any good at, or actually did their job then there would have been no reason to have balled them out in the first place.

    This was when I was a cards in employee and I saw most of those “here today, gone tomorrow” cunts off when it was proved that they couldn’t or wouldn’t do their job.

    Roll forward 25yrs and now if you stir your cuppa in the wrong tone some cunt is offended by it, wishes to crawl into their safe space and expect weeks off due to mental torture.

    This detracts from the very real and genuine cases of abuse whether sexual, mental, bullying, etc., and -through the gift of social media – as soon as anyone declares a genuine case of abuse (in the meejah) then you instantly have a million other cunts declaring similar abuse when the reality is that a tiny fraction of that number have genuinely suffered and then they get lost in the group-think whole.

    In this instance some self-important virtue-signalling woman was there filming some environmental issue – or some such shite – and when one of the ordinary bods came out she accosted him and asked his name.

    She should have been arrested for both serious and false accusations but no, in this day and age she was lorded as an Internet heroine.

    It’s cunts like her, and all these “joiners” (i.e. joining in for the sake of it to boost their sense of life worth or to get a few cheap social media “likes”) which completely diminishes cases of real abuse – abuse such as what Fred’s daughter had to suffer (very sorry to hear that Fred).

    I also take issue with the fact that certain instances of the same abuse reported as not being as bad or as noteworthy as other instances as that same abuse by the (un)popular press.

    Wankstain is accused of grooming starlets into his bed and raping a number of them. In this instance Wankstain is decried as an evil cunt and the victims as noble heroines who are so brave for coming forward.

    However when the grooming of young girls (some under the age of consent) and continued raping of those girls by our “peaceful” friends in Rotherham, Oldham, Newcastle, etc., then the said perpetrators are to be identified as misunderstood, their actions as being “cultural” in nature and that the victims were somehow deserving of that abuse because most of them were from poor and often broken backgrounds.

    The main culprits of this discrepancy being those cunts in the ABBC and their ilk! Abuse is abuse – don’t dolly one version of abuse up over another just because it suits your social engineering views! Utter cunts!
