Dedic was released from HMP Wormwood Scrubs in west London on 6 February after a court official wrongly told the prison that he had been granted bail.
Within hours, Dedic, a businessman living in Ealing, had left the UK on the Eurostar and returned to his native country of Bosnia.
His UK passport had been seized by the Met Police during the rape investigation, but he was able to use his Bosnian passport to secure a seat on the train.
The defendant put forward various excuses for his not coming back to face justice, including claims of a heart attack and a skiing accident, and remained in Bosnia as the trial went ahead at Isleworth Crown Court.
How about making sure both the cunts passports were impounded?

Victims still report crimes to the police.
They know that the police are fucking hopeless and if they follow up a report then, if they actually catch someone, that person will be treated as ‘a client’.
If there is enough evidence to eventually go to trial there is a good chance that the culprit will either be found not guilty, or get the most lenient sentence that can be given.
The police and the justice system are not fit for purpose, so inevitably those affected will start handling out justice themselves.
At least I hope that will happen.
I have just read that the UK gives Bosnia around £25 million each year in foreign aid.

It would appear that the ‘white British male’ arrested last night has been released by Devon and Cornwall fatso’s, Jill.
He’s no longer part of the investigation, apparently.

Deportation isn’t much of a deterent if the cunt can get the next dingy back to the UK without a passport or any other documentation.
It also gives no justice to the victim.
Deportation so that he can serve his sentence in a Bosnian prison, at their expense and with spot checks to make sure that he is still actually locked up would be the way to go.
But why stop there?
Any dependents that he might have in the UK are obviously no longer dependent on him because he isn’t there.
So fuck them all off too.

Those of us that live in other countries will probably tell you that when relocating abroad, the last thing that you want to do is to come into contact with the police or the legal system.
You don’t know how the police work and you will not know how the justice system will treat you.
Personally I did my absolute best not to get into any trouble at all with the police.
By that I mean that I would always look for somewhere to park legally and I would always make sure that I followed the traffic laws.
If stopped on the roads for spot checks (they often block an entire road or even close a motorway to check every car and driver), I would always have the correct documents and all of the other paraphernalia needed to be legal.
Two warning triangles, a spare set of glasses, hi-viz jackets etc….
But what are the cunts scared of when they turn up in Britain?
They immediately start selling drugs, carrying knives, raping, murdering, falsely claiming benefits, and all of the other shit that they get up to.
They are not frightened, there is no deterent.
They do what the fuck they want.
