If you banned everybody from applying for a football managers job other that a blick, they would still complain they don’t have enough opportunities…fuck off- yes you do….however if you are a crap candidate, or just can’t be arsed to make an effort in an interview, then irrelevant of what colour you are- you don’t deserve the job.
