Need I say more? A festival of cunts that are supposed to protect energy users interests, but have today shown they are on the side of energy suppliers by lifting the cap on energy costs.
“Prices are rising because Ofgem is allowing suppliers to charge more to cover the higher wholesale costs they face owing to the higher global price of oil. Wholesale costs account for more than a third of a typical energy bill.”OIL???? Now I don’t know about you, but how many coal/gas/nuclear/solar or wind generation stations run on bloody oil? How do they extract the natural gas my boiler is using from oil?
Utter bollocks. My tariff is supposed to be 100% renewables but it’s going to rise in April regardless isn’t it. Fuck them.
Nominated by The Eternally Grumpy Cunt
Apparently palm oil production is killing the planet.
Could they replace it with palm grease?
And could it be refined?
The amount in Westminster alone could power the whole of Londonistab!
The rest of the country could be powered by the excess palm grease between big business and the cunts who are supposed to be watching/monitoring them!

It’s called the free market. British governments have been pursuing the free market philosophy for 40 fucking years. If you expect these cunts to protect us from the foreign energy owners you are dreaming. Frogs, Krauts, Chinks , Japs, Ruskies, Yanks……they’ve all been buying into our infrastructure for donkeys years. They even own our fucking football clubs!
If you expect those Westminster fuckers to do anything for us you are dreaming. Too busy filling their pockets full of money and they ain’t too fussy where it comes from.
Cunts.
16
Oh yeah, I nearly forgot….foreigners are now marrying the bastard children of our Kraut Royal Family.
Is nothing fucking sacred?
11
You beat me to it, Freddie. I was just about to write pretty much the same thing.
These Consumer Protection bodies are toothless. The odd splash headline when they get a penny knocked off,and deafening silence when the companies put a Pound back on the next day.
Business sets the Agenda in too much in this Country. Our elected “representatives” are nothing more than bought and paid-for shills.
Fuck them.
18
Not just being a bunch of cunts, but a rewarded bunch at that, they’ve given themselves £1.7m in bonuses since 2017. What I’d give for a job where I can just show up, ignore my remit, fail and get well paid and a bonus to boot.
13
There’ll be a vacancy for Governor of the Bank of England coming up soon Moggie. Have you considered applying?
2
I haven’t, but I’m certainly qualified. I know fuck all, don’t listen to anybody and can make guesses with the best of them. Oh, and I’m not fussy who gets shit on as long as it’s not me.
3
Ideal. The job’s yours.
2
I live in Leicester so I’ll need £100k relocation expenses. I’d also want a 1st class flight from East Midlands to London via Barbados, Australia, and other places en route.

Having been in my military institution for the past twenty odd years, I’ve been removed from the pain of finding electricity suppliers etc. I now realise how these companies are cunts – worse – a cartel. Switch suppliers I’m told, whereupon I find that only 3 supply my area.
Fit energy saving everything. I have, but my electricity bill is still high.
The first reaction of the cartel when OFGEM introduced a cap was to raise prices, and the cartel will do it again. All OFGEM has done is provide a goal or target price for the cartel. Cunts.

If only it were easier to go off grid and not be reliant on these parasites and their political cronies.
An interesting news article this morning regarding Ollie Robbins. Apparently he’s been a bit loose lipped in a Brussels bar, ‘ no deal ‘ will not be an option and the ‘ Irish Buttplug ‘ was never about avoiding a hard border, but was about keeping us in a permanent customs union.
Who’d have thunk it ?
The whole Westminster shebang is riddled with traitorous cunts.
We’re gonna need a bigger supply of piano wire.
Good morning.
19
How many keys on a grand piano? I bet we could come up with a little something, might even have enough condemned for a string ensemble!

73, I think, but 85 on a Bosendorfer Imperial…
A certain Austrian colonel would have approved of the extra 12.

Good morning Jack.
Indeed. Also heard one prominent Brexiteer MP, Bill Cash I think, comment that he was SURPRISED at what Oily had let slip – talk about naive! No wonder the Remoaners have found it so easy to control the agenda since losing the referendum.

Hello RTC. The whole thing has been a con from the start. The people in charge are all fucking remainers, ergo, a stitch up.
4
If Oilly Robbins has British interests at heart my name is Dick van Dyke.
He’d have been hung as a traitor not so many decades ago.
Slimy fucker.
9
Morning Steaming. Oilly doesn’t have a heart. He’s a Civil Servant. Batteries extra.
6
Batteries may be extra but you can bet they’re on expenses.

Point of detail – natural gas prices may not be directly linked to oil, but the same sort of cartel (sometimes the same firm) controls them. Check your supply for novichok in the near future, btw –
https://oilprice.com/Energy/Natural-Gas/This-Is-Just-The-Beginning-Of-Europes-Gas-War.html
The mantra of “switch supplier to reduce your bill” is a particular cunt. You switch. The company you switch to is offering a loss leader, so the price is cheaper. (though it still represents a profit for the energy co.) The price is bumped up to cartel-approved levels the next year and you have to switch again. Competition does not drive down prices, as far as essential services are concerned. It drives them up. And competition between largely foreign companies to extract the maximum profit from putting their name on someone else’s gas*, in someone else’s pipework, has no benefit for the consumer whatever. As long as this business model endures, Ofgem will remain a useless PR exercise.
*Or oil, or electricity, or water.
9
The best I’ve managed over the past 10 years is to keep my bill about level, and I’m resigned to comparing every year or two. What pisses me off is the way they keep banging on about saving £400 or some such rubbish. If you’re stupid enough to still be on a standard tariff and/or haven’t switched in years then yes, perhaps you can save a decent amount. But only the once, if you keep on top of it. The other thing is the way they tell you they can save you £100 a year, but don’t mention that they don’t operate the Warm Home Discount which means you lose £140! Whatever the situation is, they are all cunts!

We are given a choice of crony capitalism or Marxist socialism, both systems proven time and time again to be the worst for the people living under them. Well regulated free markets work but we are nowhere near that.
Their are two types of politician, naive ones who believe they can change things for the better and the ones that grease their own wheels at our expense. The former usually turn into the latter.
The current Government are doing immense harm to the nation and the opposition would make it 10 times worse.
May and Corbyn are both toxic to our national health.
12
A beautifully succinct summary of the state of play Sixdog. The problem is who will fill the political void between May and Corbyn and promote the good of the people.?

Tony Blair is waiting in the wings to save the country….

Morning, K! I did reply to your suggestion yesterday (thank you!) I notice it’s now there at the bottom of Bad Cyclists, must have gone up middle of the night.
125cc about right, but Honda CG125 is discontinued. A second-hand one? I was thinking of buying new.
3
You’ll get all the information you need on bikers’ forums and dealer sites. MCN reviews are worth a look. Nothing I can usefully add, so didn’t. Bye.
2
Thanks K. I’ll probably continue with the status quo like a lazy cunt.
I don’t know anyone who is a motorcyclist, that’s all. Thanx for your reply, and go well too.

A sound and durable cunting, EGC. Presumably the acronym means “Office for Gleaning Everyone’s Money”, ovno.
I was thinking about all this when I moved to my current address not that long ago. While doing the “due dil” in evaluating providers, and what a fkn laborious process that was, I noticed something rather interesting. The best price I found for electric supply was ≈18p/kWh, and gas was ≈4p/kWh (equivalent). This means that I can generate my own electricity more cheaply, assuming the efficiency of the generator exceeds 20%. [I could fairly easily build a small appliance myself which would achieve around 35%.]
I then thought further, if I scaled this up, my generator efficiency would increase, possibly to around 50%, while my gas price would come tumbling down due to volume usage. I and all my neighbours would be enjoying electricity for less than half the current tariff. This “thought experiment” (and that’s all it is) suggests that something is wrong with the cost of supplied electricity. The transmission losses are low, and the economies of scale at, eg Drax, enormous.
Scamming cunts!

Hang on a minute. Whilst energy companies are vulture-cunts beyond reproach, the gubbimint’s own ‘climutchange’ levy bears some scrutiny as well.
For electric, between April 2016 and April 2018, the levy has increased, annually, from 1.6% to 2.6%. However from April 2019, the levy is due to increase by a whopping great 45%!
For gas and the same period, we saw annual rises of 1.5% to 2.5%. This year we can look forward to a rise of 67%. Yes, that is right, 67 perfuckingcent.
It wouldn’t be unreasonable to conclude that the energy company price caps have been removed deliberately so the gubbimint can sneak this in under the radar and price rises can be blamed wholly on the energy companies. The energy companies, in turn, doesn’t give a fuck as they can wind their prices up too. A reasonable compensation for taking all the flack.
‘Cunts’ doesn’t even begin to scratch the surface.
Take a look yourselves.

All these privatised companies are useless and are worse now than they were before. That goes for energy, communications, transport, housing, water suppliers. They’re only good for the shareholders or people who make money out of them. It’s all fucked for the ordinary citizen. We don’t count anymore. Career politicians aren’t interested in us. What does a person on £100,000 a year and a nice pension know about my way of life??! All greedy Fuckers
