Isn’t the rule that if an immigrant gets MORE than a one year sentence for any crime then they are automatically deported on release?
They had no intention of deporting this cunt, just like they are reluctant to deport anyone, for any reason.
It seems like a loophole to me.
If you want to return to the country where you came from, commit a crime and get yourself a payout by saying that you will not fight a deportation order (by using lawyers paid by the UK taxpayers).
