He murdered a 22y.o. woman who was out for a jog. His wife, 2 brothers and the 2 brothers wives all attempted to cover for him over the following days. Knowing about the local murder, and with him showing visible injuries and bloody clothing later on the day he did it – up until his sisters-in-law burned the clothes he’d been wearing when he murdered a woman for him that is ; begs the question was there any atrocity to a teenage girl, say, he could have committed that they wouldn’t cover for?

This poor young Irish born and bred woman was murdered in the most horrific way by a Slovak “immigrant” Subsequently, BBC Northern Island alluded that her partners victim impact statement was “racist”. Several members of said “immigrants” family and friends attempted to pervert the course of justice, via false statements. I for one salute the Irish, they appear to be much more willing to fight back against this shit. Perhaps all of these people can now be deported? Too much to ask I fear.

  2. Although I agree that the guy who murdered the girl is a complete fucking cunt and should be hanged, I have a problem with anyone being prosecuted for withholding information from the police.

    Burning his blood stained clothes is obviously destroying evidence and that shouldn’t have been done.

    But not talking to the police shouldn’t be a criminal offence.

    I wouldn’t talk to any of the fat cunts about anything.

    His family should have not destroyed evidence, that would be the job of the murderer.
    If questioned they should have replied with the standard ‘no comment’.

    I know that I will probably get some flak for this reply, but since when has not grassing up someone been an offence?

    • Its been an offence for some time, so is “knowingly concerned” where you assist an offender indirectly.
      Just they don’t normally push it, however in this case due to the increased tensions in Ireland they are pushing every button.

        I seem to remember that it was introduced just after speed cameras were.

        You couldn’t just argue that it was not you that was driving your car if you were caught on camera.
        You had to supply the name of the person who was driving.
        It became an offence not to.

        So where the lazy police couldn’t be bothered to actually stop a car and talk to the driver, they sat back and let the cameras do their work for them.

    • Sorry Artful, but I fundamentally disagree. this phrase, “grassing up someone”, in what circles do you move? Forgive me but you sound like a Scouser. Practically every criminal enterprise could be suppressed if people who knew what was going on reported it and they can do so anonymously of course. Life is miserable in large areas of cities because people won’t “grass up” the thugs and vandals. When I was in a staged car crash set up by a bunch of Muslims I asked the man from the insurance company who came to see me whether they would prosecute the bastards. He said the main problem they had with such action was that people wouldn’t go to court as witnesses. I told him to let me know the time and date the court case was scheduled and I would turn up in my best suit with my shoes polished to swear their lives away if possible.

        The circles that I move in are not anyone’s business and I am not a Scouser.

        I am fundamentally against people being forced by law to incriminate other people.

        The justice system in the UK, which has been adopted by most civilised countries in the world has been fucked around with.

        The double jeopardy law was changed to accommodate the Steven Lawrence case.

        The right to silence has all but been wiped out of the police caution a suspect receives.
        And now it appears that witnesses are compelled to give evidence under threat of jail.

        Take away people’s rights little by little so that they don’t notice.
        Soon they will have no rights at all.

      • I apologise for my remarks about your circle and the Scouser wisecrack Artful. Your circle IS none of my business and I know you are not a Scouser. Shallow and not called for. As regards the termination of the right to silence, I certainly had grave misgivings about that when it was introduced. The Americans jealously guard their fifth amendment. However I now feel that it’s use was more apparent than real. Just imagine what a jury makes of the response, “No comment” to every question put to the defendant. Not to mention what the CPS read into it. However I stand by my general point about not “grassing up” criminals. I well remember a TV documentary where a detective expressed frustration about people not reporting, even anonymously, criminals turning the area in which they lived into a cesspit even when they had suffered personally from the criminals’ actions. This particular programme was set in Liverpool so my Scouser remark was probably a Freudian connection.

        As you know they have a witness protection program (sic) there.

        If a witness decides (and it is their choice), to give evidence against a dangerous criminal they can be hidden and given a new identity.
        A witness can decide not to give evidence that would place them in danger.

        If you are compelled in the UK to give evidence against a dangerous murderer, under threat of jail, you cannot possibly be offered the same protection.

        Would anyone be stupid enough to trust their lives and possibly the lives of their family members to the protection of the UK police anyway?

      • I can’t find fault in your case there Artful. In fact it comes to mind that in the UK it is the criminals who have committed the most heinous offences who are given a new identity and moved hundreds of miles across the country in order to keep them safe. Earlier I thought we would have to agree to disagree but I think now we are not so far apart.

    • House next door was sold last year. The new neighbours are a young Slovak couple who have been here in the UK for ten years. She’s an accountant and he works in pharmaceuticals and that’s not a euphemism for dealing class A! I must say they are the quietest, least troublesome neighbours we have ever had, unfailingly polite and civil in any contact we’ve had. Whether they are a sleeper cell, I guess time will tell.

        She was complaining about the unprecedented levels of immigtation we’re currently enduring and I said “if I could press a button to instantly kill every immigrant in Britain, the only pause you’d see is me savouring their imminent annihilation.”
        She thought I was joking. I told her in no uncertain terms that I most definitely was not.
