Well, the Democrats seem to have got themselves onto the horns of a proper dilemma with the attempted continuance of a Biden presidency.

Following his latest ‘car crash’ debate with The Donald, the mental decline of ‘Sleepy Joe’ must be clear to anyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. Yet he refuses to quit the race, prompting pointed questions as to just who is actually running the White House show. It certainly ain’t ol’ Joe.

But who might credibly step in as the Democrats’ candidate at this stage without the whole thing looking like a terrible case of mismanagement by the party? It’s an incredible embarrassment for them imo, and a volatile and dangerous situation for all of us. Who’s actually got their finger on the nuclear trigger, a man who seems to be away with the fairies, or some shadowy cabal in the background who are actually pulling the strings?

    Joe Biden is clearly in cognitive decline (to use the phrase of the day). Whether it’s Altheimer’s, Parkinson’s or just garden variety dementia, clearly this senile of fat is unfit for office. They and their allies in the MSM have been lying to us for 4 years and they got caught.

    But is this the biggest lie they’ve told?

    The 2020 election was free and fair and totally devoid of any fraud.

    Trump incited an insurrection on Jan 6.

    The Border is secure.

    Illegal immigrants are political and environmental refugees seeking asylum.

    BLM was a grass roots movement protesting an inherently racist society.

    Antifa was fighting for Social Justice.

    And on and on it goes…

    It’s all about POWER and CONTROL.

    Obama and his evil cabal are running things and sowing the seeds of class, race and gender warfare with their Neo-Marxist tactics. They…or more correctly HE is the guy running things behind the curtain.

    Never forget…he wants to fundamentally change this nation and Build Back Better.

      As for who will replace Ji Jing Joe, for procedural and legal* reasons, it almost has to be Old Flatback Harris.

      First the Primaries are over and Biden has the delegates. It’s going to be almost impossible to strip him of them legally unless they give them to Flatback.

      It can be argued legally, that as a member of the “ticket” that won she is legally entitled to them.

      The same can be said of all the campaign donations. They were given to Biden-Harris so again it can be argued that she is legally entitled to all the money.

      She has no constituency inside the party apparatus but hey may be stuck with her.

  12. The best thing Joe Biden can do now is step aside, whether it be for Kamala Harris or someone else. Fifty million people watched that televised debate and the damage can’t be undone. I saw him on tv since then where he was asked if he’d watched it back and he said he didn’t know. What kind of an answer is that? He may still be competent to do the job with the people he has around him but that’s not the point, the important thing is where the votes go in November.

    There are many ‘independents’ in the States who resent being given a choice between two old men. They would jump at the chance to vote for someone younger and the Democrats now have the opportunity to win those votes. The Republicans can’t do that because Trump owns their party.

    In my opinion, Joe Biden in a coffin is a better option than Trump. But he should give this careful consideration and put his country first, something that Trump is incapable of doing. If he decides to step aside and the Democrats win, he’ll be revered forever. If he doesn’t and the Republicans win, he’ll be cursed from east coast to west.

    Even many Democrats are now tiring of Barry Obumma’s unofficial third term, and can clearly see that Ol’Creepy’s fucked (or at least are finally having to admit it) after the debate debacle.

    I’m no expert but as I understand it there are effectively only two ways to shift him. He can stand down ‘voluntarily’, leaving the Democrats to hastily choose a new nominee at party congress. But who actually wants the nom given the state of affairs for the party? Secondly, the 25th amendment can come into play, but how is that actually invoked? Does the predident’s medical team have to declare him mentally unfit for office, leading the VP and Cabinet to act?

    I doubt that they want him to be declared mentally incompetent, because that would lead to obvious accusations about how long they’ve known, cover-ups, and who’s been running the show etc. So perhaps he’ll have a convenient heart attack, or fall down some stairs again…

    • I’ve long said that the Demonrats would bump off Biden when they felt he was no longer of use to them.

      “Time for your medicine Mr. President.”

      A hot shot to the arm then a national period of mourning, followed by canonization and the anointment of a new leader who will save democracy, deliver us tyranny and vanquish the Orange Menance.

      Two flaws there.

      I underestimated Jill Biden and the controls she has in place. Nobody is getting to the old hair sniffer without going through her.

      Then of course Cacklin’ Kammy. Nobody except Barry wanted her. Now…the recognition that she is the only viable alternative has set in so the Dems are resigned to their fate.

      As for the 25th Amendment. It’s never been used this way before.

      As I understand it…Old Flatback and a majority of the Cabinet would simply have to officially vote that Don Bidini is no longer able to discharge his duties and then submit that to Congress. No medical certification is needed.

      It is also my understanding that Congress can designate a “body” who can do the same thing.

      If either happens, Joe and Jill have no choice but to step down.

      Today…right now July 11, 2024 @ 10:40 CDT, I don’t see either happening.

      But we are in uncharted waters and the Dems are desperate.

      • I need to clarify a bit.

        The President has an official White House Physician. That Dr. is chosen by the President but is officially appointed by the White House Military Office…presumably with some degree of approval and oversight.

        Biden chose an old family friend…Dr. Kevin O’Connor who has a long association with the Biden Crime Family and has (allegedly) taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from the President’s brother (James) who has been (allegedly) involved in several Americore Health schemes.

        With regards to Joe’s (alleged) mental health, the House Oversight Committee is subpoenaing records to see what this quack O’Connor knew and when did he know it.

        With that said, the Cabinet could vote anytime…this afternoon…tonight…tomorrow morning and (as I understand it ) it’s done and over.

        But they’re politicians and they must be careful. If they (especially Flatback) are seen as stabbing the old fool in the back just to capitalize on the situation it could hurt them with the general electorate.

        On the other hand if they are seen as patriots acting in the best interest of their country it could help. But it could also hurt because they’re going to have to answer questions about how long has this been going on and why didn’t;t they say something earlier.

        Behind the scenes there are frantic efforts by the Dems to get Biden to step down. Big money donors are withholding contributions. Down ballot politicians are forming coalitions. the MSM is trying to pretend they are the voice of reason.

        While it is said that the Biden family…especially Jill and Hunter have dug in.

        A lot hinges on Joe’s performance at his press conference this afternoon.

        Don’t believe what the MSM is telling you. Behind the scenes the pressure for him to step down is intense. It is fueled by the realization that Camalatoe is the worst best option.

        There are reports that Nancy Pelosi and other senior members of the Demonrat autocracy are trying to soft sell Joe into stepping down.

        They are telling him what a great man his is…how he saved democracy from the Orange Hitler…what a great legacy of accomplishment he has…and that stepping aside gracefully after such a illustrious career is a show of strength and not a sign of weakness.
