So, black communities are ‘impacted’ by knife crime. There is no mention in this chip on the shoulder bollocks that ‘impacted’ actually means perpetrators.

What is really interesting, is that when you search Google for black on black crime statistics, it is virtually impossible to find the data that I know is out there – instead it just returns shit like black victims of violent crime are much less likely to have their crimes investigated etc etc

Ok I’m mistaken London is bigger than New York in size by double and a larger population by a couple of thousand but even so it’s a piss poor reason to give as to why London can’t follow a similar model.
