Incidentally something like this happened to my grandad. He was misdiagnosed with indigestion and by the time they realised he had stomach cancer it was terminal. I really hope that isn’t the case for Kate.

I see no real point in speculation without clinical details on what type and stage the cancer is.

The only thing I know from medical associates is that there is no such thing as ‘preventative chemotherapy’.
Kate has been operated on and the cancer was found from post op tests. Chemo is now being used presumably because medical resection is not possible. I really hope she pulls through but this really doesn’t sound good at all.
