Off topic, but very sad to hear of the demise of Network DVD.
This company has restored and released numerous British TV and film classics in the last two decades or so. There are too many to mention, but they gave us everything from The Sweeney to Monty Python’s Flying Circus and many rare UK films. Also, their special features and DVD booklets were second to none.
Also, a tip to fellow cunters: any Network DVDs that are still out there (the Professionals, Space 1999, The Prisoner, Robin of Sherwood etc) are now suddenly out of print. So, if you want any of them, grab them now before they start popping up on ebay for silly money.

No mention either of the massive payment from Britain in 1833 estimated at about 40% of the country’s entire wealth, which took until 2014 to repay as much of it was borrowed, and it has apparently changed nothing, so maybe we should demand it back with interest. Also, why not seek compensation for the descendants of the navy and army personnel killed whilst implementing this around the Empire, as surely they would be better off now if their ancestors had lived out their natural lives?
