The Royal Free Hospital in London has issued a directive stating that if a white person is hired instead of an ethnic, then the hiring panel / person must submit a report to some bureaucratic NHS cunt, to justify that decision. It must set out all the reasons why that person was hired over the ethnic (presumably because they were better qualified?) and must also give a list of ways in which the failed candidate could improve their chances at future interviews.
If the report is not submitted within ten days, then the hirer is subject to being named and shamed. It should be noted that this only applies to whites hired over ethnics, but not the other way round.
I did just read this on the Microsoft Edge home page, but I can’t find it now, so can’t post a link, but if admin or any other cunters can find the story, then please post it.

I always thought that the most competent person should be given a job. Apparently not. Apparently, discrimination against wicked Whitey is now encouraged by an organisation funded by every taxpayer in the land. I’m sure that any patient of the Royal Free Hospital can sleep easy knowing that although the best available candidate isn’t necessarily going to be slicing them open in the morning, at least the cunts have met their diversity quotas.

The Royal Free Hospital would argue that the above doesn’t qualify as direct discrimination against White people. To that, I say: bullshit – it’s a fucking license to discriminate, from the top down. If it looks like institutional racism, sounds like institutional racism, you can bet your left bollock that it is institutional racism. Anyway, the screams of ‘waaaaaaaaaaaaaaacism’ from the likes of the BBC and the Guardian would be fucking well deafening and if the boot was on the other foot.

What next? Is the Royal Free Hospital going to treat people in order of descending shades of darkness?

    It’s current status is foreign born patients being treated by foreign born doctors and staff. Introducing this legislation will make zero difference in terms of recruitment.

    Any white doctor worth his/her salt will fuck off to America anyway and those that are left behind need only to self declare themselves as black (despite being white) to get the job using their own self identity rules against them.

    Whoever decided on the policy should be made to explain themselves in high court. The NHS is after all a national institution, not an international one.

    We do have black privilege in particular. I’d advise anyone black to join a drama group. You’ll be on adverts within a week and in a drama/film within a year.

    The Mrs recently watched the Midwich Cuckoos. Bloody shite it was. I saw bits and one of the main parts was a black fella. About 50% of the actors were black, some ok but some fucking awful. Particularly this lead actor bloke.

    Born in the UK to white parents who were also born in the UK.

    That’s pretty much it really.

    Asians and Blacks are just a compensation claim waiting to happen, why the fuck take the chance, the NHS is so fucking big it doesn’t matter but if you run and SME that has to be forefront in your mind.

    The reason I did not hire the applicant was because when I took him onto the ward for a short trail run, he unplugged all the ICU life support machines, saying his ‘way dee best way’, took off all his clothes and slaughtered a chicken on the ward. He then danced around the bones as the patients flatlined. As the police chased him out of the hospital, we noticed that four people in the waiting room had been stabbed and the television was missing.

    Why not just be honest about things?

  17. This is a sub conscious attempt to seek out racism within the recruitment process board. If you have two candidates, both identical in terms of qualification to do the job, and experience then it comes down to your personal opinion…whether that be personality, how they present themselves, or just simply whether you find them an interesting person who would be of benefit……….so how would you defend your decision should your decision to appoint say, a whitey over a blick get to some sort of investigation tribunal?

    Would potentially get to the point you could no longer judge someone on the only means left for you to do so if everything else is equal. ‘What do you mean, you liked the personality of the whitey more than the blick?’ ‘What do you mean, you felt the whitey was smarter attired than the blick?’
