Biased True Crime Documentaries

It used to be that true crime documentaries followed the facts and left it up to the viewer to decide what to think (Capturing the Friedmans/The Staircase/The Jinx/The thin blue line etc).

However, in recent times I’ve noticed something. In particular, HBO seem to be the worst culprits. The narrative is this.

Dark key charged with murder. Cops and locals all thick hicks who hate dark keys. Dark key must be innocent. Fuck the victims and the evidence and let’s bash whitey instead.

Here are some recent examples (Warning: spoilers coming if you fancy watching any of them).

1. Who killed Garrett Philips?
The narrative is the dark key is innocent. Indeed, he was recently exhonorated. However, they quickly skirted over the ‘1 in a billion DNA evidence’ the cops couldn’t use because of a technicality. There was eyewitness evidence and circumstantial evidence linking the accused to the crime. All the cops still think he did it. His girlfriend (and mother of the murdered child) at the time of the murder thinks he did it to this day.The town think he did it. But no everyone is…raaayyyycissss.

2. The Atlanta Child murders. The evidence against the guy in prison is overwhelming. Cops waiting on a bridge at 3am heard a big splash and got the cunt as he drove off. Body found in the river below. Fibre evidence linking him to other murders. Caught trying to burn evidence against him. Pretended to be a child star agent to get access to boys. Just loads of stuff. Still, with no evidence whatsoever, this ‘documentary’ says a honky must have done the crimes. No names are offered up though. Must’ve been because, ‘muh systemic racism’. What horse shit! Atlanta at the time of the murders had a black congressman, a black chief of police, a black mayor and the judge in the trial was black…as was most of the jury.

3. The case against Adnan Syed.

Peaceful in prison for honour killing his ex. Lots of evidence to say he did it. Still….must be raaaaycissm again. Bollocks. Again, totally one sided and misses out loads of stuff.

I don’t mind documentary film makers trying to show innocence, but at least show the other side to the story in a fair and balanced manner.

If I watch a true crime series I’m interested in the fucking evidence, not your ‘he must be innocent because he’s a dark key’ narrative.

  3. They did it because they are murdering cunts. Bullshit excuses conjured after the fucking fact don’t cut it. I read some shit in a local paper that some cunt had murdered some poor woman but that “in mitigation” he had drug and alcohol issues. What utter crap. His drug and alcohol issues should have been fucking aggravating factors and added to his fucking mickey mouse sentence.

    HBO are woke cunts. To think, they used to produce quality programmes like The Sopranos and Mad Men.

      But only if factual.
      I sniff woke im off.
      To be honest I haven’t noticed this on anything I’ve watched and gladly so.
      Watched some show about the Unabomber and another about Ted Bundy, both showing how law enforcement searched for the criminal and how they built a case.
      Both the Unabomber and Bundy could of been treated to stop reoffending, both the same antipsychotic medication
      – 10ft of fuckin rope and a sharp drop.

        The Central Park 5 is another one. Granted, there were some dodgy interviewing techniques used by the rozzers, but my gripe was with how the ‘poor innocent boys’ were just playing in the park. Fuck off. Every cunt knows (some admitted it themselves) that they were ‘wilding’. Basically, a large group of about 20 dark key youths would assault, rob and terrorise people walking in the park. They did this quite often and the cops were aware. One cunt admitted to the murder and gang rape if a white female jogger, but that means nothing.

        Even if they were innocent, they were fucking violent little cunts who terrorised innocent people going about their day. Not ‘good little boys’.

        Fuck off with that shit!

        Gonna break a rule and watch the Chiggun George trial today, I think it’s the summing up part. I think a verdict will be quick. ‘Guilty’ of course, of all charges (nothing to do with the judge and jury being scared of the mob outside, of course!)

Once Chauvin has been found guilty, there will be a plethora of documentaries (or are they mockumentaries) about how an innocent, respected, gentle and kind local Doctor, Physician and pioneering Surgeon, George Floyd, was killed by a “raciss and psychotic” copper who went native and suffocated him.

    At the moment, Wiki lists him as a ‘hip hop artist’ and a ‘mentor in his religious community’ (or is dat communidee?) as opposed to a menial worker with drug and theft convictions. How long before they list him as an ‘aspiring astronaut’.

    What a fucking great load of shit.

    • Works for me. Last thing I sat and watched was my copy of the original Magnificent Seven.
      Hollywood and TV in general can stuff their current output up their collective arses…

    Surprisingly, it was made by HBO. I think it was made in 2015 so just before they went full woketard.

    It’s fucking brilliant.

  8. I dont watch HBO but there was a ‘case that changed the law’ programme concerning a poor girl from Middlesborough who was murdered. The killer got off but later the cops had him on tape confessing. However, as the girl was white the double jeopardy rule applied, except at about that time Steven Lawrence’s killers had got off. And guess what? The law was changed. Rightly in my view but fuck all to do with a poor, white girl from Teeside. The law was changed to suit the fashon for victims of racism. Which seems to be all people with dark skin whatever the circumstances.

    Some cunt should compile stats of crimes by ethnicity but that might spoil the narrative.

    Eg FBI Files, Born To Kill and Unsolved Mysteries, introduced by Robert Stack (in a selection of sharp suits or his Untouchables “Trenchcoat of Justice”).

    • ‘Murder Mountain’ is the best true crime documentary ive seen in a long time.

  12. When writing a TV drama, always ensure you paint the darker as a bad one early on to later trick your viewers.
