  15. Well the banks won’t give two shits just so long as it can screw every last penny out of people who are now out of work and can’t afford to pay their mortgage. Absolutely fuck all help for them, or if there was in terms of mortgage holidays, the interest was still accruing.

    And yet when the banks fucked the economy back in 2008 some went cap-in-hand to the BoE and got bailed out/nationalized with taxpayers’ money, and fuck all interest to pay back. And typically back then when some of those banks went back into private hands they were sold at a fucking loss to the Treasury.

    But that’s okay because the banks are back doing what they do best – fucking over the public come what may.
