  9. I have had the occassional sneezing fit over the past 2 to 3 days. An almost continuous runny nose. I am coughing up phlegm (a little). From my chest which feels heavy and congested.

    I am not constantly coughing. I dont have a sore ghroat. I dont have a fever. I dont have a headache. I am not overly- tired. I have my sense of taste. I am not short of breath. My breathing is regular.

    I simply cannot ‘self isolate’ because ill members of my family need me. Even the mention of it can send one person into a panic. So I am not going to test myself.

    Have I got it?

      • I tested myself before visiting my mother on Christmas day, because two people in work had covid the week before and were back before we finished. I am more than willing to take chances with with my own health, but I’m not prepared to risk others.

    Talking to the surgical secretaries at work today and they are in the process of cancelling all appointments in March possibly February too as the 4 surgical consultants have been told they could be on standby by look after patients on the wards.
    The air was blue with all of them saying at least 100 or more operations could be lost and patients lost to this insane move.

  21. I had to have a look at this 80,000 people injured in Australia claim. When I found the link to the Australian channel 7 news, they actually said 79,000 have had an adverse reaction, they did not say how many were caused true long lasting harm or died.

    Yes it is true that the Aus govt have a claim scheme and will pay out if you had to spend at least 1 night in hospital with any of these following being vaxxed:

    -Anaphylactic reaction
    -Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome
    -Myocarditis
    -Pericarditis
    -Capillary leak syndrome
    -Demyelinating disorders including Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS)
    -Thrombocytopenia, including immune Thrombocytopenia, identified as a final diagnosis.

    So all you need to do is check in say 6 months time how much the Aus govt have shelled out in compo and for how many people, if they’ll tell you that is. Over here in the UK, some plucky person wrote to the ONS asking how much has been paid out in Covid vax compo and the ONS might as well have said piss off! Here is ONS response to the FoI request:

      • Re Yellow Card, I never said that was hidden. I was referring to the FoI request that could not be answered because ONS don’t have their house in order (so they say) and therefore the information is exempt from being given.

        YC is only a reporting system that doctors or indeed patients can use post- vaccine and until those reports are ratified and duplicates removed, it is not an accurate reflection of the number of injuries. Yellow Card could be quite erroneous and/or not the complete picture, but its better than nothing. I still think the ONS and the govt should hurry up with the process of reporting on this subject because it is important; I don’t see how its that difficult. The first vaccine was doled out ages ago.

        Clearly 80,000 people did not die or suffer major harm in Australia. Seems to come from twats on Twitter misquoting Channel 7’s report.

      • The ONS say the will publish data at a future date, to my mind it is more important that the MHRA have real-time data to evaluate the vaccine adverse reaction risks.
        Data being given to the general public is of secondary concern, the MHRA can halt/pause vaccine roll out if the data suggests there could be a problem.
        The data can also be misinterpreted because some of the adverse effects happen naturally within the population so may or may not be specifically linked to a vaccine dose, I don’t see that transparency is an issue because as you point out the real-time data isn’t hidden.
        I have filled out the yellow card forms and they are very specific and comprehensive, the drop down lists give plenty of scope to input the correct data along with free text boxes to add additional information.

      • Well they’ve filed proceedings so it’s now begun legally speaking. They are saying the data is unequivocal proof that something malicious has been done; they can show clear spikes in injuries/deaths attributed to specific batches/lots of jabs, from the various jabs.

        This to me is not unreasonable and quite plausible, unlike say some of the claims about jab formula constituents e.g. magnetic, chips, etc.

    • It’s funny being in the middle of the debate, as to some on here I’m a complete shill for scoffing at the complete nonsense and bitchute bullshittery put forward as evidence of a massive conspiracy by the caps lock commandos, yet when I talk to some about my objection to vaccine passports and any notion of anything that remotely looks like mandatory vaccination on moral, legal and its actual effectiveness grounds, I get called a tinfoiler!
      I missed my appointment for my third booster shot last week. I did this on purpose, and will not reschedule it. I had the first two for several reasons, some against my better judgment, but on balance it’s not a decision I regret as yet. However, the third booster was going to be a different vaccine to the one I had already had, and I decided that minuscule risk of an adverse reaction to the vaccine was not worth taking in the face of a rapidly diminishing threat from covid. I base that opinion on being reasonably healthy for my age, and I live alone with no children, and I take reasonable steps to keep myself clean.
      Some of my friends and family have had it, and I completely respect their reasons for doing so, as their health or circumstances differ to mine, and they respect my reasons for not having it.
      As it should be.

      • I would have probably taken a similar decision except for the fact I visited family over Christmas with grandchildren who spread fucking everything and will see them again in the coming weeks.
        I had the booster partly because the Delta variant was still flying and Omicron was an unknown at the time I had it.

        I will see how things progress and if a further booster is offered I will make that decision as and when.

        I managed to avoid Covid pre vaccine by taking sensible precautions but I am not worried about the vaccine safety, more concerned with our useless government.

        As with Mr Sick, I had the booster (Pfizer) over a month ago while Delta was still doing the rounds. On balance I would still have it today as I fall into the vulnerable category.

        Whether or not I go for a fourth jab all depends on how mild Omicron and subsequent variants prove to be. As things stand I am not inclined toward having a fourth jab.

      • I had my 2nd dose a few weeks before Omicron really took off. As it stands, with the evidence pointing to Omicron being significantly more mild than the other variants, I’m not inclined to get a third jab unless I’m left with no other option.
