Barely-punished crime, letalone perjury is of course a bigger issue … but the former, it seems, is now par for the course. Scumbag’s rights trump everyone elses. So much credit allowed by (gullible?) judges given when some cunt declares upon their 50th time being caught GBH-ing or mugging or thieving or burglaring ; that it’s their ‘wake up call’ .. and that – if spared prison – they’ll give UP being a scumbag there & then. Until they’re caught a 51st time, and spew the same crap again. “But this time he REALLY means it, your honour”

So, we’re used to that. Bullshit ‘mitigating circumstances’ then go hand in hand. Don’t get me fucking STARTED there. But again, .. these shameless insincere (often pathetic) attempts always seem to pay off. Only once or twice I’ve heard of a judge berating such nonsense. A 24 y.o. habitual handbag-grabbing granny-basher ‘had a cancer scare at 18 that led him astray’ is a true-world disgraceful example. Think about that one. An alleged cancer SCARE a half a decade prior. I imagine his (also scumbag) solicitor mining(at taxpayers expense) for that kind of cuntitude to present. As I said elsewhere months back, I (if a judge) would be ADDING months to sentences, if such tripe was presented to me as supposed mitigation for premeditated wrongdoing. It belies ZERO contrition for the current court visit.

And then there’s perjury. The 2 examples above are still at some cunt judges discretion to ignore. (It’s just a pity they don’t!) .. But perjury is itself an actual crime. Murderers, child molestors and more swear on a bible to tell the truth in court. That in itself is farcical but anyways .. yeah … a cunt ultimately found guilty is by definition lying if he/she ever said otherwise. But for this cunting’s sake let’s go pure black & white. Rapist persistently declaress it wasnt him, despite being picked in a lineup. Surprise last-minute CCTV (or dna or somesuch incontrovertable evidence) proves 100% that it was. You NEVER hear/read ‘7 years for the assaults and six months for perjury during the trial’. I can recall a lot of what I read going back decades, .. but witnesses that perjured on the guilty party’s behalves getting THEIR comeuppance at trials outcome? I’m drawing a blank on that one. Tens of thousands of people perjure every year. Bar plea deals, it’s probably more or less total, from(the)little things to the huge by guilty defendants and their alibi-providers.

And by christ there are varying degrees. Ubercunt Maxine Carr should still be in prison for HER 2003 perjuries .. helping a child-murdering kiddie-fiddler with layered, detailed premeditated lies attempting to save her double-murdering beau from jail.

Anyways, in summation. ALWAYS time reduced for hypotheticals, NEVER time added for barefaced clear-as-day jailtime-addable porkies, .. not even for societies ‘honour’, as concurrent sentences (yet another utter disgrace) would practically always absorb any extra sentencing anyways.

    As regards perjury, have any other cunters had experience of the Family Courts? I have and the only people in there who tell the truth are the distressed relatives of the children who are the subjects of the proceedings. I could give you chapter and verse on the lies told by the various “professionals” in there. They all know it and they don’t fucking care because they know if I told you what I’ve seen they could put me in jail. Loads of lawyers and social “workers” in there, no public gallery and no journalists.

  5. The routine occurrence of perjury may be related to the vast increase in legislation invented for the simpering traitor Blair. Seven laws a day foe ten years!* More carriages for the legal gravytrain, more blockage of judicial process, and, crucially, more specialised and richer lawyers lying for their fees.

    I suspect, and I am no fan of the Mosaics, that Mosaic Law – ten commandments – would probably cover the majority of actual crimes available, and the wastepaper basket would take care of the rest.

    • I had a job I loved in the 90s, at one of Manchester’s top colleges.
      After Satan Blair got in in 97, it got infested with Somalians and the like. Needless to say, woke was already creeping in. And a lot of my colleagues gave these bastards preferantial treatment over good and decent students. Only thing is, these African cunts were a waste of time and most were useless and couldn’t string two words togehter. One of the cunts wanted to a thesis on that cunt, Tupac Shakur. For fuck’s sake.

      Anyway, I eventually made my misgivings known about this ludicrous favouritism. I was called a White Anglo Saxon Protestant. I told the bitch who was my ‘boss’ that I was actually born Roman Catholic and told her to fuck off as I resigned.

      • I was a mature student at an excellent Scottish tech in 97. I was actually happy to see the Tories ousted, poor fool (but they were utter cunts). The tech, and the local town’s main industry, closed two years later. Apprenticeships and practical skills weren’t Toerag’s cup of prosecco, as we well know now. The fact that the cunt isn’t suffering from a prolonged and painful disease is IMO proof that God doesn’t exist.

  6. Society has degenerated and it’s only going to deteriorate more until it breaks totally. Justice isn’t blind when it’s meted out, it’s clarity of vision is as good as the criminals connections or bank balance.

    Justice actually applied would reduce crime but hot profits or in the case of the judiciary budgets. Much the same as a healthy population would reduce the money flowing into the NHS.

    I can’t remember which pharmaceutical company in the US this applies too but it spent 9 billion on advertising last year, the combined spend of the top 4 US pharmaceutical companies on research was less than double that amount.

    Keep them sick and keep them paying, keep them frightened, keep them paying. If crime actually fell everyone in telhe judiciary loses money.

    As ever we are directed to look at the wrong criminals.

  11. Succinct and accurate appraisal of the total piss take that is the U.K. legal system.
    No justice just endless legal drivel and bollocks, which is payed for by our fucking money. Wow all of a sudden rioters are arrested and jailed in days, took nigh on thirty years to sort out the grooming gangs though everyone in a position to do something knew about it. That cunt in charge of the plod has publicly stated that we do not have two tier policing yeah and the Duke of York don’t shag young girls.

  15. Firstly, thanks admin for the top-hole trim-job on the original overrun. 👍

    Secondly I’m just going to bookend this thread for the sake of it with a quick synopsis of the pathetic perjury stats available, difficult as they were to unearth. Cut to the chase ; over a ten year timespan(2010-2020), both Ireland & Scotland, circa 5 million cunts apiece, averaged 3 convictions(Irl) & 2 convictions(Sco) per year with an average 2.5 years term.

    Perjury sentence of ‘up to 7 years’ applicable.

    So basically ONE full perjury sentence meted out per country, per year. With reduced time probably only one served, between the two of them.

    They might as WELL just remove it from the statutes, at this stage for all the good it does.

    (Bet that call-to-perjury charge made towards that secret service useless cunt at the hearing end up going nowhere, either, unfortunately).
