There is a chronic persistent shortage in nursing due to the excessive workload that seems to be increasing exponentially ( due to an ageing population mass immigration and many sectors of general practice and mental health care being woefully inadequate).
With years of real terms pay cuts whilst the Tories wasted billions on furlough and useless PPE to line their mates pockets.Clap for carers then threaten them in a thinly veiled swipe.Both mu parents have been very ill and I have spent a lot of time with them in hospital.
The nurses with only a couple of exceptions have been fantastic with them but it is evident they are swamped and rushed off their feet and visibly struggling with a seemingly never ending list of tasks meaning patients can’t get the level of care they need. There isn’t enough of them and Barclay goading them is only going to make things even worse.
The cunt should get around the negotiating table improve his offer to get it over the line rather than risk the plebs lives by stoking up tensions. Him and Sunak no doubt have private healthcare readily available whilst the rest of us can just die for the sake of their grandstanding. A truly odious cunt is Barclay.

The NHS is out of date, some sort of privatisation will come, may as well get it done sooner rather than later.
Other than emergency care everything else needs a shake up, fines for missing appointments without giving notice and any foreign cunt who gets treatment should be charged upfront.
As for the strike, if the union are not following the required procedures then just get a new mandate from the members.

Nurses still think it’s the 1950’s and they peddle the sob story about being under paid angels who work 100 hours a week and if it wasn’t for them working for nothing then we would all die.
That’s bollocks. Unless you work in a hospital as a ‘carer’ a ‘cleaner’ or someone that makes the team, then you are very well paid if you are qualified……no different to any walk of life. If you are fucking useless, or a thick cunt, or lazy, or simply don’t want any responsibility then those jobs are low paid roles. However the more qualifications you have, generally the more you are paid for the position those qualifications afford you.
It doesn’t take much research to see nurses (proper nurses with real qualifications and other specialisms) are well paid and well looked after.
