These cunts are still pursuing ex soldiers regarding ‘Bloody Sunday’ which happened in 1972.

The Paras overreacted, yes, but this was a hostile, dangerous environment. None of it was premeditated like the IRA murders. I wonder if any of the cunts in the Public Prosecution Service could have held their nerve.

We pay known murderers such as Adams and McGuinness (deceased, rot in peace) to serve as representatives in NI. The IRA crimes seem to be forgotten. But these self serving, desk-bound, paper shufflers are still going after pensioner British soldiers.

  3. The system is not there to provide justice for the people, it’s so cunts can micromanage every part of our lives with no accountability.

    When a soldier crosses the line he is personally accountable. When governments fuck up by sending troops into a world most politicians have not a fucking clue about the soldiers are still accountable but the political class are not.

    Double standards we allow to run our lives.

    Soldiers do have operate within the law and rules, our forces are excellent at it. How can you prosecute men left to fight paramilitaries in an urban conflict is beyond me. In that environment everyone is a potential threat.

    Fuck the political class. They are either gung-ho with soldiers lives or appeasers like Corbyn.

  7. And the longer it goes on, the more difficult it becomes to turn off because of the time and money already spent. Takes someone with balls and proper power to halt the train once it has gathered momentum.

    Also very difficult to say sorry for anything these days (as an individual or an organisation) without opening yourself up as a free fire zone for the legal vultures.

    My vote would go to anybody brave enough to say “it was all along time ago, many of those involved are dead, most others have moved on; let’s not waste any more money”. The only fuckers still harping on about many of these events are hard over on a political/religious point, or think they have sniff of a payout. I wonder how many of these historic victims would keep chirping on if there was a statute of limitations on compensation payout? Don’t report it within 5 years and you’re not entitled to a penny.

    If you add up all of the legal weasels on the very rich gravy train taking their time to investigate historic cases; (Bloody Sunday, Hillsborough, Windrush, Grenfell, Child abuse etc) it might explain why the current CPS and Justice System is always claiming to be overworked.

    With the incessant flow of ‘black history’ being rammed down our throats at present (and still the suggestion that the victims are due reparations), how long before there are demands for a Slave Trade Inquiry?

    • I cannot forget the historic injustice caused by the abolition of slavery which put thousands of Lancashire cotton workers, many of them children, out of work. When are we going to see history treated from the point of view of a Bolton millworker, eh? We need a conversation to change the narrative and recolonialise the discourse.

We really have become the most pathetic country in the world today. Those in authority are clueless and too scared to say or do the right thing. Just like the police, they keep going for the soft target option. The future of our children is being put in danger by these inept cowardly idiots in charge, and the end goal is anarchy leading to the complete destruction of the existing social order and the installation of the new order. The consequence will be the total collapse of Britian and a takeover by extremists of a different sort. Will the regular public ever wake up to this or just quietly roll over?

  12. I share your rage CC. The PPS is not the only cunt in this story. The Saville inquiry should never have been allowed to happen. It was created by that sorry excuse of a human being Blair. It took 12 years and £200 million to reach a conclusion which many considered biased and based on Saville’s “cherry-picked” evidence. That piece of filth Cameron apologised to the deceaseds’ relatives on behalf of the British Government. That should have been an end of the matter but the politically correct PSNI aided and abetted by the PPS continued to pursue individual soldiers on behalf of the IRA sympathising families. There are two grave injustices here. First the senior officer on the scene, a Colonel no less, exceeded his remit and placed his men in a position where confrontation was inevitable. Yes the other ranks did things they should not have done. Easy to say in hindsight but did anyone take into account the psychological strain on those men? Step forward the man who says his discipline and good order would have been wholly intact after months of fighting an urban guerrilla war. No, I didn’t think so. If anyone should have been held to account it was the Colonel. It’s called accepting responsibility. It’s what leaders do. Was he held up for prosecution? No of course not. He didn’t shoot anybody.
    Symptomatic of the senior officers in the British armed forces in 2019. Capable managers but fucking useless leaders. The second and much more grave of the two injustices was the elevation of the victims of Bloody Sunday above the victims of the IRA murderers. No inquiry or redress for them. Rather a British amnesty as a sop to the IRA to make progress in the eventual Good Friday Agreement. British soldier kills someone it’s murder. IRA scum murders someone well, you know, these things happen in a war. Let’s forgive and forget. Stomach turning. Despicable cunts all. You will never rest in peace. Dog bless Sergeant Blackman.

      Stood as a candidate for Labour in 2017, one assumes to return a labour goverment but admitted today that she was telling voters and memebers that Corbyn would never be PM so they were ok to vote for her.

    An elderly benefits recipient drives his benefits supplied Landrover out of a minor road into the path of oncoming traffic, causing a collision which could have resulted in death to innocent motorists.
    He gets a new one immediately which he drives around with no seatbelt.
    Driving without due care and attention? Dangerous driving? Failure to wear a seatbelt? No.

    For years, now, the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee has been trying to get answers from Blair, in particular, on what precisely went on between him and Gaddafi and how that might have impacted our decision not to seek compensation for the victims of Libya’s Semtex shipment/s to the IRA. US victims got compensation – ours are still in limbo. Blair himself refused to appear before the committee and both he and Broon only supplied terse, arrogant and wholly unhelpful responses to written requests for their participation.

    Last November, Lord Empey, who has worked tirelessly in the NIAC to get some sense from the situation, said; “I have always believed that there was a secret deal between the Blair government and Libya. The responses at the Select Committee reinforce my view that this is the case. There is something rotten going on here. It stinks.”

  18. Anyone pursuing a conviction from a Soldier, serving or not should first encounter service on the front line, then if they still feel the need to hound our troops they should have their teeth knocked out with a toffee hammer.

    • Same principle ought to be applied to the dozy politicians who send the boys (and girls) in the first place. So few of today’s Westminster warriors have any real experience of, or feel for the true capabilities, strengths and weaknesses of the Armed Forces (not a bad thing, but a real thing nonetheless), that they often don’t appreciate what they are asking our people to do, let alone the high pressure environment in which split-second decisions have to be made.

      I remember a visiting politician, having been given a tour of our miserable patch of ground in South Armagh, asking the lads what the local pubs were like.

      “We don’t go in them sir; we would likely be captured, tortured and killed.” says Private Smith.

      “Oh,” says young MP chap “in that case you must be jolly glad to get home at weekends”.
