Here in the benighted colonies we have just had a ridiculous referendum about a so-called ‘voice’ for indigenous people to the federal government. As I type these words, the proposal has been voted down by all six states and by a majority of 60-40 in the national vote (in Australia, you have to get a double majority – both overall and in a majority of the states).

Predictably, the ruling class and their bought-and-paid-for shills in the media are claiming that this vote is down to the stupidity and racism of the average citizen. ‘Reconciliation is dead’ they wail. Fuck off, you wankers. Opposing a poorly-worded amendment to a technical document is in no way akin to racial prejudice. I note too that the main leaders of the No campaign – an indigenous senator from the Northern Territory and an ex-rugby league player who is also indigenous – have been subjected to thinly-veiled racism from the usual suspects.

I wonder how many of the twats accusing people of racism support the ‘protests’ in Sydney where shouts of ‘fuck the Jews’ and ‘gas the Jews’ were clearly heard…

I note in passing that on the same day that Australians voted against this racial division, the New Zealanders have booted out the Labour Party of the Blairite bitch Ardern (unfortunately she didn’t get hers as she resigned a few months ago as she knew she was in for a serious beating).

More importantly, Ipswich are second in the Championship and eight points clear of third place.

    Funny thing is, even their “victims” the Abos voted against it in droves. Maybe they could see something the “educated” couldn’t? Like a load of posh white libtards stitching them up perhaps?

    The hypocritical left are the least democratic, whilst accusing everyone else of being undemocratic. Nicola Sturgeon being a classic example. Dictatorial cunt.
    On a lighter note I look forward to seeing Ipswich at the Molineux next season Mike, and no, I don’t mean Wolves will be relegated.

        If you read Tim Shipman’s “All Out War” an inside story of the Brexit campaign, he strongly suggests that JC was the most effective politician for the Brexit side as having come out for Remain he did all he could to sabotage their campaign. He failed to turn up for meetings, he refused to give replies to simple questions or commit to given agendas. It completely buggered the Labour Party side of the Remain campaign.
        As for the nomination there is an arrogance about the ruling, leftist, political classes. They are out of touch with the reality of people they’re not in contact with and label anyone who doesn’t agree with their views as stupid and racist. It happened immediately after Brexit and it has happened with this crazy Australian referendum.

  4. Seeing that you mentioned the football in your nomination, I’d sooner stay in the second division without VAR and prying eyes. Pick up that lovely old trophy by all means, but find a way of avoiding having to play in the annoying premiership.

    • Ipswich are doing well but they wouldn’t survive in the prem. They’d yoyo just like Norwich did. Look at Luton & Co now.

    The leave vote succeeded despite the fact all the great and good and the media were against leaving, it would have been higher than 52 if the ruling class had been in favour (note Steve Baker now thinks 60% should be required in a referendum).

    The media whores have quietly forgotten what happened on the 7th Oct, no mention yesterday on Sky and the Bias Bastard Corp that Tel Aviv was bombarded with the highest number of rockets since the 7th, all they report is the ‘intensified’ bombing by Israel.

  7. At least Cameron had the decency to resign after his ill thought out, taxpayer funded, lamentable campaign. I note that Albanese fucker is hanging in there, crying and moaning like a girl. Perhaps he is waiting for Satan Blair to offer him a job like that horse faced globalist bitch across the water. I wonder what skeletons she has in her closet that forced her to suddenly resign?     • I emailed Cameron at the time to complain about using my tax to fund a remain campaign. I never did get a response.
      At the other end, an external union rep came into the canteen one morning and left hundreds of remain leaflets on a table. When he left I threw the lot into the skip.

  9. Referenda are difficult for politicians. They hate direct questions with yes/no’ answers. For them it blurs the issue. That is why they never get what they want. They cannot see past the next election, whereas a referendum result does.

    Stopping the UN access is wrong, ineffective as they are one side fights with sticks and the other side fights with forests of tree trunks and no matter your opinion it’s wrong and the west appear to be propping them up (funny isn’t it how according to the MSM the Ukraine special operation seems to be over, no news on that these last few weeks).
