If it’s disliking people based solely on their skin colour and nothing else, then I’d argue that there aren’t many people like that at all.
If it’s disliking or just mistrusting people based on their actions (or that those from that group are more likely to commit such actions), as part of their cultural/group norms or of your experiences with them, then there are quite a few people like that. Justifiably so in many cases, I would argue.
If it’s recognising that there are irreconcilable differences between cultures and even the races themselves, then there is quite a bit if evidence pouring to this, but this evidence is now taboo and any researcher trying to dive into this, is instantly stopped. Wonder why? It seems there are perhaps differences we can never get around in many cases. Who knows?

Pretty much anywhere to the west of the 30th meridian (which runs roughly through Kiev and Odessa) is safe-ish and is likely to remain so for quite some time. There were limited cruise missile attacks on Lviv Danylo Halytskyi airport last week which otherwise caused little disruption.

Thin and tenuous not because there was no land invasion as you state but because Britain is an island. There was nowhere else for most people’s kids to run to, although some of the wealthiest did piss off to the US, Canada and some other safe parts of the Empire. (The thinking at the time was that a land invasion was pretty likely – which was partly why the exodus of children to safer parts of Britain was organised. It was not solely to remove them to safety from aerial bombing of the Blitz, but that was of course the main reason.)
Back to Ukraine and my first sentence above, where clearly the weasel words are “for some time”. Basically, if you’re going to up sticks from your home in Kiev, Kharkiv, Mariupol or wherever and head several hundred miles west, you might as well “go all the way” and get off the train in Poland, Romania or Hungary rather than Uzhhorod, Vynohradiv or Lutsk (not forgetting Lviv itself).
So there, Mickey Blue Eyes: I’ve just named three places I expect/predict will remain safe for the foreseeable future. There are of course dozens and dozens of similar small and large towns. Admittedly it would be a push to provide food for all the refugees if they all stayed in Ukraine but it probably could be worked out.
I’m not remotely involved personally, nor am I particularly interested in the region on any other level (although I’ve noticed it is currently in the news quite a bit – and I like to keep abreast of current affairs!) If Ukrainian refugees want to go to Poland, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia or even come to the UK – that’s up to them. I can’t say I’m bothered what they do.

As a child of a Jewish refugee who came as part of the kinder transport , I’m thankful to the UK for its ability to help those genuinely fleeing war. But far too many Nigerians, Roma and others come here cap in hand and we let them in…. The former end up working their way into local councils and favouring Nigerians for homes, jobs and school places.
