A dual cunting for XR and the British legal system. We could even make it a triple cunting by including the Anglican church.

In line with the current rule of law, a number of “climate protestors” have been found not guilty, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. Meanwhile, Mr T Robinson (not sure of his real name, but perhaps I may be able to get it from the media), gets harangued for trying to speak the truth about Muslim grooming gangs.

What the fuck is wrong with this country? What the fuck is wrong with the church? I used to be a fairly regular, if infrequent, church goer. Whatever shite was going on in my life, I knew it was unchanging. Now it is run by a fuckwit (Welby) and full of self-serving cunts like these two. I now haven’t set foot in a church for almost a year, and I think I have lost religion.

Anyway, that’s an aside. The downward spiral of the legal system is very serious. It won’t be long before the rule of law breaks down. It is already the case that peacefuls and dark keys are untouchable, and can do what they like. It seems we can now add cretinous white old fools like this, if they believe in the climate bollocks.

Taken with the Bristol Four Cunts case, the clear message is that if you are upset about something, you can break the law (trespass, criminal damage, you name it) with impunity. Or that juries have the right to make up the law as they go along, which used not to be the function of juries.

And I’m still awaiting the fallout from the attempted destruction of Gill’s bloody awful statue* on the grounds that he wasn’t a very nice person. Sledgehammer man will have to establish that he is a vegan transphilic BLM supporter to get away with it – any hint of a white van with a St George’s cross and he’s had it – and this could be popcorn material.

*It really is a bloody awful example of Thirties Selfconsciously Modernist art, and would not have been out of place in Moscow or even Berlin at that time. Right action, absolutely the wrong reason. Next stop, Leonardo da Vinci?

  3. I’d always opt for a Jury trial given the chance…I know a couple of people who have done Jury Service and they are both complete Fuckwits who could be convinced of nearly anything.

    If I was on a Jury,I’d decide “Guilty” or “Innocent” as soon as I saw the Accused…wouldn’t need listen to any evidence….Coloured,Common or Cottagers…Guilty as Sin.

  11. For the Rule of Law to be valid and respected it has to apply equally to everyone.
    It’s beginning to look like this is not the case any more. To this example and that of the Colston 4, you can add the flouting of Covid laws by the Partygate political and civil service elite. All involved seem to be above the Law.
    Joe Public will be wondering what is the point of abiding by the Law when others can break it with impunity. These are dangerous times. You have been warned!

    However, the majority will probably face a different set of rules. Wasn’t there a case recently where some drunk football fan (white and working class I think) was arrested, convicted and thrown in jail for 10 weeks for screaming some hurty words at some black players during some England game last year?

    Topple a statue, or fuck about on a train causing massive disruption to people trying to earn a crust, and you’re cleared by the courts.

    Some drunk cunt utters a few hurty words and ends up getting sent down with a criminal record!

    And why did the jury acquitt? Where they worried these loonies would come after them? Or are there more loonies than sane people now?

    I think the fella who flew the “White Lives Matter Burnley” banner above the Man City v Burnley match back in 2020, although sacked from his job and vilified etc, was cleared of any unlawful wrong doing.
    Which is remarkable when you look how upside down the justice system appears.

    Same to Porky Patel. And the sum total of FUCK ALL will be done.
    The “police and crime Bill” Patel is trying to push through on the quiet (the sly little bitch) contains some hidden and incredibly dangerous things in it – does anyone think a ten year sentence if someone accuses you of “annoying them” is legal, necessary or sane?

  24. Im an Eric Gill fan. He rejuvenated typeface for tge 29th Century. In terms of sculpture when all was going downhill with Henry Moore there is a freshness to the human form in his stonework. Really lovely intricate design.
    He started a kind of commune which had great influence and beautified a lot of buildings. Many great pieces from his students including David Jones the Welsh Poet and engraver as well.

    Should we ban the the works of David Jones because he worked with Gill?

    From what I’ve read these incestuous revelations came from his diaries. The daughters were not best oleased that they came out. That the secret was revealed as ut were without their permission. What I am saying there he wasn’t some kind of ‘predator’ out in the shadows looking for prey.

    I think he just went astray in his mind.

    Should his Art be destroyed because of this? Definitely not imho.

    • Totally agree. I have a facsimile copy of Gill’s illustrated Chaucer that he produced in the 20’s. Gill was also a talented book illustrator. It’s beautiful. You have to separate the art from the man. If we judged all artists, composers and writers on their private lives then there would be little art left to appreciate.

        Glad the statue got damaged. The guy should have taken a cold chisel to go with the 4lb hammer. He might have got more done in the four hours he was up there.

Instead, following the lead of the defendants barrister ( someone with an unpronounceable Irish name) they freed the defendants ( Milo Ponsonby, Holly Willougby, etc – typical Snowflake names) just as if they were all little Nelson Mandela’s.

    I’d like to know what would happen if a bunch of yobs tore down the statue of Nelson Mandela and dumped it in a skip.

    Below are details of a caretaker losing his job because he holds traditional conservative Christian values and believes ‘Prides’ are against his religion and harmful to children. I agree with him and am not a Christian. It’s a valid viewpoint. However he was sacked.
