Affirmative action is just about the most negative affirmative imaginable.

Once upon a time, at a work place that I am aware of, there was a female employee who was easy on the eye, bright, and a welcome and warm presence in any room.

However her position was made dissatisfying to her – in order that, when she inevitably left, it could be ceded to someone more ‘deserving’.

That ‘someone’ being a sow; a lumbering dull-eyed mound, an incurious bovine lump bristling with body-hair and resentments.

But she is some shades darker in hue than her predecessor, so evidently all’s well, eh?

  8. Slightly off topic but still woke shite: my daughter is a legal caseworker for the CAB. When recording peoples illnesses she was told this morning to now record ‘experiencing’ not ‘suffering’ from, I.e. ‘Mrs Shagnasty is experiencing terminal liver cancer’. Fucking daft woke cunts!

True story, in my country they push Affirmative Action, so one Xmas party I got talking to a darker person than I am and we got talking about positions within the government department that he and my wife worked in, both of us quite pissed at the time. He said he never really felt he could deep down ‘Fit’ as he knew in his heart he didn’t get the job on merit.

    So you Woke Cunts, this is the other edge of the sword, another persons life full of agony and doubt that will eat away at him for the rest of his life you cancerous fucking ‘do gooders’. He was a nice guy that would have got a job he deserved by himself without you fuckwits fast tracking him to a life of doubt! In other words you did the opposite, held him back from his real potential, thoughtless CUNTS!

    • This is a good story. I’ll say this though, it required this guy to have the intelligence and self-awareness to make the determination he did.

      Many of his brothers/sistas are conditioned to have chips on their shoulders and their arms extended on a permanent basis ready for the next handout.

  15. I was listening to the wireless a couple of days ago. A guy called in, he was very respectable and had two sons at uni. He was a black man, his kids are mixed race. At uni they have what I remember to be an ‘integration officer’ or some such nonsense. The bottom line was that his sons receive an additional £1500 just because they are classed as ethnic, not a loan, straight forward grant for no other reason other than their race. Universities are cunts, well the people that run them.

    • A while ago Stormzy pledged £500,000 to fund educational scholarships to students from disadvantaged backgrounds (effnick yoots) yet Winchester and Dulwich colleges turned down more than £1million for educational needs of poor white students from a distinguished mathematician because they didn’t want to break equality laws.

  16. Yes SC, I have thrown many a CV in the trash with the slightest sniff of wokism. Last woman I employed as a beer with the boys after work, laughs at the lame jokes and likes the door opened for her. She is such a lady in the old sense around the earth moving hard working guys and guess what? they all respect her yet she is only 38yrs old.
    My wife who’s second language is English asked me two nights ago why the term ‘common sense’ is used the way it is because it’s not common but rare, my reply was that it’s a carry over from days past where stupid was reasonably rare.

  21. It’s only right that Chimp Licker’s attractive colleague was replaced by someone ugly. How could the management expect to get a good day’s work out of everyone if they were all thinking about tits and fanny? You’re not supposed to enjoy being at work. I never did.

  22. Affirmative action. This has helped the current female sisterhood in the Labour party to the front benches of the commons and sniffing distance of damage doing power.
    The likes of bull dike Jess Philips, Rebecca wrong daily, Diane ‘The Hutt’ Abbott, and her Lordship Emily Thornberry, ugly as sin Claudia Webbe (who is court soon), Dawn Butler and my personal favourite Lisa ‘half Stanley’ Nandy have all been benefactors of this affirmative action.
    Non of those bitches are good at what they do or even supposed to do.

    They all had their selections done in rigged female only contests and all are in safe Labour seats.

    Not one of those cunts are fit for the job regardless of their sex or sexuality and anytime they face stiff opposition from any fucker they immediately play a combo of race card or I’ve got a fanny card.

    I’m all for Females in politics but they must be there through ability like Priti Patel or Belinda De Lucy. (regardless of what political outfit they represent)
