I’d like to cunt this august body for cutting a plea deal with Joseph James DeAngelo (the Golden State Killer) that allowed this excrement to avoid the death sentence he so richly deserved.

Two arguments can be made as to why securing a plea of ‘guilty’ from this filth was necessary, and they are (1) to remove all possible doubt as to said guilt, and (2) to bring to a conclusion a manhunt that had already dragged on for four decades, thereby bringing some closure to the victims and their families.

Well let’s address those points, shall we?

Firstly, they had him bang to rights with DNA evidence, which is how they finally caught him, so no doubt there.

Secondly, if I were a relative of someone he’d raped and murdered, I’d be more than willing to wait through a few extra years of legal wrangling to make sure this vermin got a punishment worse than the one he actually did get, which is basically nothing harsher than having to spend the rest of his days in the equivalent of a sub-standard hotel.

They should have hung the Golden State Killer from the Golden Gate Bridge!

  4. For fuck’s sake. If the state has the death penalty, then use it.
    There’s nothing wrong with exterminating vermin like this. I’m more concerned with people who find any excuse not to punish them. Perhaps they’d like to house criminals of this nature alongside their own family, or pay to keep them in prison for the rest of their lives.
    Ask the victims families how killers should be punished. That’s a fair way to deal with them.

      • I went to Nepal about 10 years ago Miserable, very poor place but some stunning scenery and great trekking with peace and quite. We stopped at teahouses in the foothills to sleep and the wizened old crones who ran them were fit as a butchers dog while I was panting like I had just done a marathon.

  6. I believe force should be allowed in cases where a criminal has confessed to or been convicted of murder but refused to say where the victim´s body is. Can there be anything worse for a family than not knowing what happened to their missing loved one or being able to give them a proper funeral? The force could be made through the injection of a truth drug or torturing the scumbag.

Honestly, if I had a choice between having the rest of my natural days predestined to be spent locked inside a cell or just having a bullet to the brain right now, I know exactly which one I’d be choosing. Seems to me that being executed is the easy way, ta the end of which you end up with lifeless corpse that ultimately is capable of feeling as much penitence from his actions as the car that ran over a person did.

    All in all, it seems the life sentence is far worse a fate than the execution is.

    • I heard recently about some bloke serving a life sentence in the states who asked to be put on death row. His reason was that older prisoners are bullied and their lives made totally miserable by other convicts. He preferred to spend a few years in relative comfort before getting a needle put in his arm. His lawyers argued his case in court and he won.

      • If staying alive is misery for them then make it more miserable by withdrawing alll Comforts and inflict as many incessant tortures as can be imagined and contrived. Make his life hell, in case there isn’t a real one

  10. I watched that recent documentary series about this cunt. Unbelievably evil fucker. Raped over 50 women and girls at knifepoint. Would watch and stalk a victim for weeks. Then heavy breathing calls, leave horrible vke messages, then break in at night. He’d tie the husband up while commuting the rapes and put crockery on his back and say if it made a sound he’d kill him.

    He then got bored with just the terror and rape and then started to butcher his victims after the rape.

    No way should this fucker be allowed to live. I’m with you on this. The courts/DA were fucking lazy and just wanted an easy case.

    They should’ve followed it through and then fried the fucking evil cunt.

  11. All people convicted of murder should be sentenced to death, but hang them randomly so they don’t know if they’ve been let off or not, murderers are disproportionately black so probably never be allowed!, utter cunts!

  12. Excrement is the correct word when referring to this piece of shit. A former policeman, this stool (as in piece of feces) committed 13 murders (that they know of and can prove), 50 (or more) rapes and well over 100 burglaries.

    So why not perform a public service and execute this glob of excreta? I might offer a few reason’s:

    1. It’s just a whole lot easier for the prosecution. In the American Justice system if someone pleads guilty to a capital crime the death penalty is (usually) removed from consideration. In short the government prosecutors don’t have to do any work.

    2. This human bowel movement claimed mental illness. He claimed “Jerry” lived inside him and made him commit all the atrocities. In the American Justice system it’s had to execute someone who is or claims to be mentally ill.

    3. A trial is an “iffy” proposition. It is said that in America a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich. That isn’t true. But what is true, is that a prosecutor couldn’t convict, O.J. Simpson, George Zimmerman, Casey Anthony, Philip “Mitch” Brailsford or any one of a number of murderers, rapists, child molesters or other degenerates once they got in front of a jury.

    5. This is fucking Northern California, Do you really think a jury full of politically correct, naval gazing, ex-hippies, all of whom want to write a book and become famous, are going to trust anything the police and prosecutors put forward?

    6. The fucking courts! Once again, this is fucking California. For Christ’s sake they couldn’t even execute Charles Manson. And more recently, the court overturned the execution of Scott Peterson.

    And just to add insult to injury consider this. Under California law they couldn’t charge this turd with any of the rapes or burglaries he committed because the Statute of Limitations had run out.

    This is what the Demon Rat (Democrat) party wants to do to the rest of the U.S. Fuck ’em! Fry ’em all! Especially this animated pile of manure.

    • Good day General, a quick internet search reveals that California has executed just thirteen death row inmates in over 40 years. This sounds a huge amount so I don’t know if it is true, but $5Bn was spent on just these thirteen to house, prosecute and execute them, how come other states like Texas or Ohio have much higher rates? Is this a Rep/Dem thing depending on the state?

        An equally quick internet search says there are currently 744 people (i.e. cunts) in California prisons who have been sentenced to death. So yeah…744 today and 13 in 40 years is a small number.

        As to your point of red vs blue states…abso-fucking-lutely correct. Try murdering your wife and dismembering her body in Texas or Alabama and see how quickly they “pull the switch.”

        (Actually most states got rid of “the chair” and now use the “hot shot”…lethal injection. In the old days California used the gas chamber!)
