Read the below and weep, imagine takinng your kid to the hospital and this cunt shows up? Gross negligence? Struck off after letting a 6 year old kid die?

No problem, we need more doctors and especially negligent cunts like this fucker. Come on for fuck sake, negligence is a character flaw, it can’t be fixed, these cunts have probably sentenced another poor fucker to death.

“A doctor convicted over the death of a six-year-old boy can return to work, a medical tribunal has ruled.

In 2015, Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba was found guilty of gross negligence manslaughter over the death of Jack Adcock.

The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) has now ruled Dr Bawa-Garba can return to work, but only under close supervision.

The doctor will resume work – although at a lower grade than she was previously employed at – once she returns from maternity leave in February 2020.

Tribunal chairwoman Claire Sharp said the chance of Dr Bawa-Garba putting another patient at unwarranted risk of harm was low and she had undertaken a “significant” amount of remediation.

However, the tribunal found the doctor’s fitness to practise was “impaired” as she had not had face-to-face contact with patients since 2015.”

  3. I actually had to check the fucking calendar when I saw this SV that it wasnt pre midday on 1st April. The standard of Africunt doctors has never been up to much, in my locale they are generally used by the “been involved in an accident in the last 3 years” brigade. Seedy rented room in a pucker GP surgery – in and out within 5 minutes and a prognosis mentioning twisted neck and whiplash injuries consistent with being involved in a rear end shunt.
    Freddie – above^ has it spot on. Old Shippers had he not carked would have been happily ministering his flocks huge doses of morphine and racking up his bank balance.
    This cunt was also on the cusp of achieving Consultancy status!!!!
    For some of the Africunt doctors lurking the wards of our hospitals and A&E’s I would suggest an English language proficiency test before being let loose with a fucking biro never mind a physical examination.

A side cunting in this sorry episode for the doctors who rallied round this incompetent cunt. ‘Overworked and understaffed hospital’ was one excuse, this being the Leicester Royal Infirmary no prizes for fucking why. And of course no fuck up is complete without the race card giving a good airing, guilty of ‘inherent bias’ according to The British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. It seems as much effort or more went into clearing this piece of shit than investigating the poor lads death.

  15. She didn’t intend to kill the child but her negligence nonetheless resulted in his death. No euphemisms there.

    That cold, hard fact should have ensured that she was never allowed to practise medicine in this country ever again. But that’s how it goes in this country. She’s not the first medic to be allowed to return to work after grossly failing in her professional duties. She won’t be the last.

    And it’s wrong. Hideously, horribly wrong.

  16. Personally, I feel she was hung out to dry. If you read the hearing transcript you will see that there is a lot more to this case than just her negligence.

    A child died,which is never acceptable. However, the Dr has never sought to shy away from this fact.

    On this rare occasion, I would vote to uncunt the MPTS.

  19. Until we train our own (for free but locking them into the UK NHS for 10yrs say), these dregs from the rest of the world are what will be propping up the NHS for years to come, and, at a fucking eye-watering cost.

    We train the finest doctors in the world but homegrown ones are out of the UK health system and off to America, Canada, Australia or New Zealand literally the day after their two-year internship is done.

    If we could keep the cunts here long enough to become established then they wouldn’t want to fuck off. Also not having Ā£50k of debt to carry around with them as soon as they leave Uni is a great incentive too.

    Oh but I forgot, that’s common sense and common sense is waycist isn’t it!

  20. As an expert in these matters I can say that she was a scapegoat because her consultant was too lazy to respond to the emergency.
    These hearings were previously held by the GMC (Iā€™ll leave it to you to decide what the C stands for!) The disciplinary panel would comprise of lay ( non-medical) members who have an inbuilt hatred of doctors and a mixed bunch of doctors whose bedside manner and clinical skills are so bad that the public are better off that they are too busy hounding their colleagues to be on the front line.
    A friend of mine who is an incredibly gifted doctor and supremely competent fell foul of these cunts a while ago because he was under so much stress at work i.e had an excessive workload with exceptionally bad working conditions that he prescribed himself a low dose of Valium which enabled him to carry on working without any impairment in his abilities.
    The GMC were desperate to strike him off , not because of he was considered to be a risk to patients but because in their view his actions were ā€œdishonest ā€œ.
    God forbid that ,as a doctor, you get a parking ticket or a speeding ticket!
    Apart from the exceptional case concerning the foreign doctor who is the subject of this OP I am concerned that the GMC continues to grant registration to incompetent GPs from a certain subcontinent yet persecutes talented ā€œtopā€ doctors because in THEIR opinion their behaviour is likely to bring ā€œ the professionā€ into disrepute.
