When introduced, Traffic Wardens we were told, were there to “speed the flow of traffic and prevent gridlock”. BOLLOX.
They are a job creation scheme for “ethnics” (as noted by BOTR above) and cash generators for feckless spendthrift local council CUNTS facing righteous cutbacks.
