Really?! I’m very surprised. I have to admit I thought the remake was done pretty well myself. Though why the fuck they decided to broadcast it on a Saturday night is beyond me.

It truly was shite. I watched all episodes in the hope it would get better, and it didn’t.
They tried to make it mysterious and enigmatic, but after they announced that only people brought to the Village, and not those born there, could leave, it was obvious what the plot was, and that was only on the second episode. Trite, rhetorical and puerile shite, with cunts like Sir Ian ‘sucks cock and is famous for it’ Mckellen.
Miss this crap.
